Agreed. I even miss just going to a local video store and picking out a cool 1980's movie to watch. All of those VHS movie boxes looked so good.

The greatest decade in human civilization especially pop culture wise!!!! This was a cool tribute.

The 90s are almost as great as the 80s though I’m a 90s kid

I'm age 43 and lived my childhood during the 1980's,had so much fun with that era's music-movies-Tv shows and series.The fashion was crazy and people had big perm hair,so much to tell.We had Record stores and video stores everywhere also.VHS and Walkman with tapes was a very big thing back then.Easy to find a new job and easy to find good friends.

Exactly. Great childhood I'm about the same age. I kind of wish I could have experienced the 1980's as a younger adult though too. Being in your 20's during the 80's would have been awesome to date and stuff. Back then just having a college bachelors degree gave you a leg up at work too and it was actually worth something.

I'm glad to have my childhood in the 80s. They NEVER die! It was the best time I had. No smartphones, no boring car, music, movies. If I have the chance to travel back with my family, I would do it. The greatest time in my life.

there should be a world festivities dedicated just to the 80s music, movies,fashion,dance and all those relatable.

The 80's was an awesome decade if you were a kid, teenager, young adult or in your 30's or 40's. It just had this vibe to it especially once we got into the mid 80's. 1990 and 1991 kind of still felt like the 80's too in terms of style and music. I experienced it as a little kid and loved so many of the movies, tv shows, music, pro wrestling, sports, commercials, politically incorrect comedy films that I shouldn't have been allowed to watch, video games, etc. Also, I feel like the 80's and maybe 90's kids to a certain extent were the last to just be able to play outside all day or evening with friends riding bikes or playing without parents worrying or interfering in our fun and just getting called in when it was getting dark outside or when it was meal time. I would have liked to be a teen or twentysomething during that era though. Many concerts I could have seen and I think I would have enjoyed the dating and social life more pre social media and dating apps when you actually went out to interact with people and had to get up the guts to ask someone out or get their number in person.

The 80's was the greatest music decade! Then 84, 85, and 86 was our favorite! My wife and I married in 1984! It was an awesome decade to be a young adult. Great times. We have been married 40 years now, are more in love than ever. This music is played during our "over the road tours" around the US. We have 7 adult children and 5 grandchildren spread out around the country. Our primary residence is in Eastern Long Island, and have secondary residence in Naples Fla. So, we tour across the country in our plush touring bus. The custom AV system is crazy and makes cruising over the road like being at a concert. My wife gets the design credit. It's so wonderful when we can schedule some touring time. It's so nice to have us time. We love being together. We try to get to as many of the kids as possible on a tour. We also tow our enclosed car trailer, so we can either take my wife's 2022 C8 Corvette, or 2021 Ferrari F488 Spider on the journey! Just two of many toys in our garages. We are truly living the American Dream!!! While living our blessed life now!

Appreciate the amount of hours that went into this. The 80's, gone but not forgotten.

This is sooo good!!!! I was born in 1982 and you just summed up my childhood. Not only is it an amazing mix of films, but the music mix is EPIC!!!! I was a dj at parties in the late 1990's and we played a lot of 1980's stuff and I made a lot of remixes. I even went to college for radio broadcasting I would have loved to have this mix It's a really good mix of music. I also love that Indy got a lot of moments in here. He was my first crush and I still love him. Thanks for putting this on here!

Greatest decade of all time. I was born in 78. So fortunate to grow up in that time.

It was a great time! An easy going life of dreaming and a great time to be 18 right in the middle of it all. We spoke out loud, we loved and lived. No Fear, X Generation!
