The lack of a pop filter allows you to hear the neurons firing on all cylinders

It boggles my mind why nobody is building keyboards where the numpad is on the left. It would be just so much smarter.

They are, just not made by mainstream companies.

Betty: (customizing a complex keyb and with a pirate knife and cursing sometimes) Jake: (recording in a secure distance) Me: (asking myself if it's a good time to warn it's not gonna end a south paw keyb)

I wish there were more boards with these kinds of features. My dream keeb would just be a 60% with a numpad on the left side because I could use it as a macro pad on work applications with my left hand while having my mouse in the right.

Nice keyboard, I got into the GB. I have a recommendation. I know the keeb itself is really hard to build, but I think this one worth another build rounds by live. You did few mistakes during the process, and that's why the screws didn't fit (But it totally understandable, don't get me wrong). If you have another chance to live this build, I will watch, for sure! :D Thanks!

what keycaps are on your main keyboard in the beginning :)?

review the dactyl manuform please, the trackball verson. i need a solution to my RSI hand and no one seems to be reviewing those types of keyboards at all

You have such a great personality. You could easily pivot your channel into just about anything and I bet you could make it work. I'd totally watch Betty travel vlogs :)

You know, having the arrow keys and the other ones above it (I'd call them function keys, but, er, those are the F keys!! Operation keys maybe?) on the left hand side makes sense, so numpad on the right, these ones on the left, and the tippetytypety ones in the middle... :D

Could you please suggest some of your recommended pre lubed /factory lubed switches?

*out of context* Does anyone know if Gamakay MK61 can switch to Cherry MX blue switches? i currently have yellow gateron

so I got 2 questions 1- what is smd pin switch for example how do I know if the keyboard uses smd or not in my case I want to get the glorious gmmk keyboard 2- my country Egypt does not allow importing chemical compounds hence lubing products is not available at all what alternative can be used can I use q20 or wd40 or there is better alternative? really thank you your video helps and competition videos are lovely as well

1.smd s are just a type of rgb light on the pcb, so smd switches are usually transparent. u dont have to worry about it, all switches shd be compatible with your keyboard. 2. Do not use wd40 as it dries up and crusts inside ur switches. idk what u can use but any industrial oil shd be ok?

Can you recommend fast, smooth linear gaming switches there is just to many options for me to compare all of them and it needs to be budget too? thanks

What do people even use the F keys for? I never use them. Are they program specific? For gaming? I feel like I'm missing out on some super secret coolness. When people talk about running out of keys for macros I struggle to think of how many macros a person might need. I bet there are awesome macros that I've never even conceived of... I need to learn how QMK works...

Its actually quite smart move to flip it. Because you can have great space for mouse and also having a 75%

Any tips for the n00b who wants to build his first keyboard, but lives in Finland, and it is nightmare to find parts for the right layout. Ok ok, there is some ISO parts, but when it comes to keycaps, I'm almost doomed to go with either wrong legends, no legends or some "here, have some plain black or white with your weirdo letters". Why does the industry hate Europe :D

Perfect board for me. You can clear space on the right and the soldered version supports ISO layout! 💯💯

this keyboard is amazing! im stuck with a keyboard that i took the stabs out of and lubed with spray lube AND vaseline/patronium jelly :/

You did great on that build! It's definitely complex, but after a couple of builds, gets easier. Great review Betty!

Around $460 for alu weight, $560 for brass weight

I thought it was named after the movie Tenet, coz in the movie you also have these 2 timelines, one is going normal way and the other is going backwards. But i dunno.

Love the knife Betty! Also, I have mixed feelings about this board but I do like the idea of having an interchangeable num-pad on either side of the board. Maybe that will become something we will start seeing on custom builds in the near future.🤜💥🤛

Check out Keybored’s new video on it. He did some arguable extensive but cheap/simple modifications and got a much nicer sound and typing experience. The gaskets that come with the tenet aren’t sized properly it seems
