A bit silly but you can use Forza Horizon 3/4 to design the livery. I made one a while ago similar to the TCR/Mercedes livery and used it to make the design for my 850 and friends miata. Thanks for the shoutout @turbochild !

Love the tinkering and dreaming! Thanks for sharing it all with us : ) ...! I have a '99 V70 (same color) that is a slick-top, charcoal interior, manual and naturally aspirated...though without any performance upgrades : P Can't beat a boxy wagon!

I can fit Canistos on my 1994 850 without any spacers or rubbing, but you've gotta stick with 215/45 or 225/45 tires. You might look for a set of those if you want low-pros.

Loving this series, I'm in the process of doing my 97 850 r (thanks for the struts by the way!) and it would be amazing if you did a big break kit for 850s. Would also like to hear your thoughts on where to get new internals for a 400 HP mark which is where I'm aiming end point.

Is an anti sway bar a good upgrade for an 850 wagon with a somewhat mushy suspension?

Take my S70 and give it 500HP for free please

Hey FCP Euro, really enjoying watching your 850 wagon build. I'm busy working on a 850 saloon which has the T5 Turbo engine and was very interested in the part of your build where you fitted the C70 front subframe to the 850 because of the solid bushings. I would like to know, would my original 850 Turbo engine fit straight onto the C70 subframe using the 850's stock engine mounts or would I need to use or get alternative engine mounts for it fit? Many Thanks, looking forward to the next video!!

Hi Paul, glad you are enjoying the 850 project! Yes, the C70 subframe is a direct replacement and your 850 turbo engine will fit straight onto the subframe using all the 850 engine mounts. One thing to keep in mind is the C70 subframe uses 4 bolt control arms vs the normal 2 bolt arms.

Hey guys. My daily 850r after 4 years has random no restart suddenly... new fuel pump relay, etc sensor and new fuel injector relay all from FCP. Always had spark and fuel at the rail and a good crank... just randomly no fuel pulse from injectors... this is only on restart up and random..I usually unplug the sensor and wait and she eventually starts...never stalls out when running.. thanks fir ideas?

Check the cam position sensor. 3 850s, all needed one around 170k miles. All worked intermittently, them just done. Buy the volvo oem.

Had no starting issues twice. On my first 850 the only failiure ever was the cam sensor at 170k km. My next 850 had apparently the same problem at 120k km. the motor cranked but didn't restart after running well. changed the cam sensor, pump relay, etc, with no success. finally turned out to be the Ignition switch to be faulty. after swapping to another one no issues since then.

Would cam sensor or ignition switch control fuel injection pulse.? Always has a crank and spark ..thanks
