I just love you girl!! It feels like you’re telling my exact story!! 😱😱I’m in the final stage of divorcing after 27 years. My husband killed my soul… and shattered me in a trillion pieces. But, I’m a strong baby. My biological mother tried to aborted me 3 times, but by Grave I was born. Adopted. Narc dad. I was an excellent child. Springbok Athlete. Accountant. I obtained a Masters degree in IT. I’m a saxophonist and a very very good photographer. But, the horrible reality struck me that ONE person could break me down in total. But!!! I’m building myself up - with ALL the thanks for the awesome help. God Bless

I have been listening to a little bit of that content and then had a conversation with my husband to see if that’s what he wants- he said he wants an equally intellectual/religious/confident woman. Every man has their own requirements. So be TRUE to yourself And you will find a reciprocal match for what you want in life. Marriage does require sacrifice and compromises but it shouldn’t be one sided where the woman is the only one depleting her identity.

My X and I literally had a counseling session over the fact that I told him I didn’t want to be with him because I Needed Him, but because I wanted him and he wanted me to need him. I replied in counselor’s office that I think wanting to be with you is healthier! I allowed him to slowly control me on every level. It all became so toxic. I am getting back to my old self pre marriage, I am my own hero.

Thank you 😊 yes we need each other on daily basis. This rethoric, THE “I don’t need a man to make it happen” mentally have ruined most woman in western countries. How hard it is to admit and that we need each other, the masculine energy need the feminine energy like the yin and yang ☯️. It’s spiritual how we complete one another, even in homosexual relationships there is one with more feminine energy and the other more masculine; most people who are oblivious about it or denying that are spiritually blind and have spiritual handicap.

If others don't see it, I don't care. I truly want a partner I don't need a partner. I have much to share and want someone who feels the same.

Oh thank you so much for this video. There's a huge problem online with this topic. It's ridiculous when self proclaimed gurus teach women how to be more feminine. I am naturally very feminine and it made suffer so much comparing to my female peers who are confident and outspoken. I always waited for others to make the first move (either men or women). Let Me tell you: it ruined all aspects of my life. In adult life, nobody will "invite you" to joining life. We have to take the actions by ourselves. Social media nowadays glorify women being passive, socially anxious and with freeze/fawn neurological response. That's not being "feminine", that's trauma response and as someone who went through trauma I can't tolerate it being the "norm".

Same story here. From what I've seen and experienced, the submission that is being associated with feminity, is one that's intentionally designed to leave women open to abuse. Self-reflection and awareness are everything but unfortunately it takes time to develop. I feel sorry for the kids growing up today on social media who'll have to navigate through a cesspool of toxic messages.

@@cbounds3265 yeah, it's terrible that young girls will see this type of messages. Lot of teen girls will look for dating advice on the internet and find this shit. I was fortunate to grow up when social media was starting and there was not too many "dating coaches". Still some things I found on Internet traumatized me deeply and affected how I feel about relationships. It must be worse if you see this as a kid.

I'm so grateful for your comment. As passive and very humble women, we will get men but they are usually the type who wants to take advantage of us whether knowingly or unknowingly. It's VERY rare for a decent man to get with a very submissive woman and "invite" her to live life and be very fair to her. They usually get in relationship with women who respect themselves and know how to respect others.

Here's my thoughts on the last part. I agree that everyone has preferences. Some people like dating people certain height or look. It has nothing to do with being insecure, it just our brain sees some traits more attractive than others. Same goes for personality. But economic wealth is different topic because it's not part of our identity. I don't care if the guy I like is broke or rich cause that's what he has materially not who he is as a person. Of course certain personality traits contribute to being rich, but for me that's not important factor. If a guy is rejecting a woman only bc he is just "not into succesful women" his intentions are questionable to me, because we fall in love with person, not their material status. Money come and go. They don't show if you are good or bad person. Things like: wealth, education, location in specific place are not part of our permanent identity, they are states that can be changed due to circumstances. I am not attracted to someone's wealth or job. I may appreciate those things, but that's not enough to decide to date you or not.

yes, there is tension... both have their legs crossed at each other, then the voices went up... then she literally ungrounded herself by taking her legs off the ground and moved back and shrunk in the corner of the couch. Non verbal communication is 90% of the communication. I felt uneasy as well. I recognize too well this body language. The stomach pain is a symptom of 3d chakra loss of energy: the solar plexus is depleted. Listen to your gut bc it is actually screaming at you to get back your power. Much love to you!! He sounds very defensive about insecurity. I would have loved it if he listened to you with love and respect and then let go and said something along those lines: "darling, I am anything you want me to be, insecure or not, and I am still super attracted to you!!" do not give a S@ his egO, but he is not letting go bc of insecurity LOL... This is YOUR show, but he wants to lead...

A man wants to be needed and feel important. Like they are your knight in shining armor. If a woman makes more money and is independent, they feel insecure about what value they can bring into your life. It intimidates them. You need someone who will build with you. With the mindset that you are a team. Better and stronger together.

I think I see where Tom is coming from with his point about not all males who would prefer a woman who is less ambitious are coming from a place of insecurity. I love to cook and I enjoy cooking for my partner and tho I don't mind being with a man who cooks, I prefer being with a man who doesn't really know how to cook because it makes me feel like I'm giving him a treat. As opposed to a man who knows how to cook and loves to cook because me cooking for him may not mean that much to him, like I would like it to.

OOOF that segment at the end where you chat with Tom - OMG that hits hard 😅Looking at the world the way it is v How you want it to be. Looking at the data between the sexes, and defining your values and what you have to offer as a woman once the "youth and beauty" aspect is no longer the focus - THIS is where the rubber hits the road. I wish Tom ripped the lid off this one and there was more time to go into this (I'm not afraid of cans of worms! hahahah). Great points Lisa - this helps lay a foundation for women looking where to start. There's so much growth we're here for HA! 😅 Thanks for creating this vid!

AWESOME topic- TY Lisa! About last segment w/Tom: Could it be a majority of (emotionally healthy) men each gravitate to the girl that makes them feel most masculine, rather than the girl that they don't feel insecure around? Just my guess. I don't earn 6 figures yet, am a tall slender American girl who's grown up & lived in the Rocky Mountain West, in Colorado & Montana, where most men are pretty dang manly. (Read: physically strong, drive SUVs & Trucks, own & use guns, are almost always physically fit, and, around cities, most are also college educated) I don't think I necessarily intimidate men, though I'm gentle, friendly, & LOVE pink. But I do notice guys shorter than me or in trades never ask me out- even though I'd love a buff guy who poured concrete all day!! I think/guess a lot of men gravitate to the girl that makes them feel "manly" or more masculine when they are around her. My gut is that it's not always insecurity. (I could def be wrong though bc I'm still single!) wonder what others think about this.

I know some of these so called feminine tall, blondes mostly out of a bottle, and who starve themselves to death and think that is feminine. That is not, true feminity is to be strong as a woman, be confident as a woman and be kind as a woman all in your terms. I hate women who have to have a checklist of your's to define femininity, pink really...I have all kinds of guys hitting on me in West Texas, if you bring an woman like me who is curvy and put me among these skinnly, boyish and fake blondes guess who wins. The curves always do, because they signify warmth, femininity and grace. Just my two cents.

Something else nobody shares...how to maintain being a high value woman when you become chronically ill or diagnosed with a life limiting disease that renders you incapable of maintaining your career, social status, and relationships. I keep searching and I find nothing. You're only as valuable as others deem you and our society generally bases that on appearance, career, status, and what you can do for them. You can be "high value" so long as you never get debilitating ill. I wish I could find someone that covers this subject for lesser able bodied people. Maybe then the CI community wouldn't be/feel so irrelevant and disposable.

I love the information on Women of Impact as it keeps me motivated to be a better person. I feel the wording "A High Value Woman Doesn’t Need A Man" in particular "Man" is not the right word to use as the word "man" does not consider LGBT.

If we all don't need each other because everyone is next to themselves and enough, wouldn't the world be a very lonely and selfish place? If I don't need anyone in my life, I am alone. But humans are social beings. My problem, for example, is not that someone has to tell me how beautiful I am, or that someone at work has to tell me how great I am. What I can never give myself is unconditional love from another person. I can neither hold myself in my arms nor feel so secure when a man holds me. You can certainly give yourself a lot, but in my opinion, the love of another person cannot be replaced with self-love. I can never give myself that great feeling when someone else loves me unconditionally and shows it to me. I would love to know how you give yourself this great feeling. I would really like to know, because that would solve all my problems!!

And I wholeheartedly disagree with her, maybe it’s the way the argument she gives, but I don’t agree. This rethoric, THE “I don’t need a man to make it happen” mentally have ruined most woman in western countries. How hard it is to admit and that we need each other, the masculine energy need the feminine energy like the yin and yang ☯️. It’s spiritual how we complete one another, even in homosexual relationships there is one with more feminine energy and the other more masculine; most people who are oblivious about it or denying that are spiritually blind and have spiritual handicap

It enrages me that he interrupted her so much after INSISTING that she let him 'fully encapsulate' his thoughts. It's simple. Whoever has the money, has the power. Which is why if a man has more money, it makes him feel more powerful and gives him the freedom to do what he wants in the relationship with less fear that she will leave him. And if she does leave? If the man has more money, he can hire a better lawyer in the case of divorce. Tom just doesn't want to admit the dark roots behind the 'preference'.
