Enjoyed your summation of future trends. I am presently completing my PDR as Assistant Manager in a charity retail outlet and so your descriptions were useful and fascinating.

Suggestion: Let each of your 8 trends remain visible in the top corner as long as you are talking about that particular trend.

I plan on opening up a speciality store that sells only scotch tape. all sorts of colors and sizes. clear or transparent too. wish me luck.

I agree with your comments but it is still so obvious how many brick and mortar stores completely ignore customers or give a horrible experience if they do engage them. Training in customer service and contact is still lacking.
