I think most people are not aware of the love languages. I realised it while I’m with my ex’s and I was wondering why I kept failing even though I’ve been doing everything.. then I realised I’ve been loving them the way I love but it doesn’t mean they understand what I did as love. honestly. that is true.... some say there are "Languages of Love" not sure if ill get it all correct but they are -Words/Compliment, Touch/Physical, Service, Gifts, Time... in my case, my language of Love are words, service, touch.. I feel most loved when bf compliments me or always say sweet things, then service like when I feel he serves me (little things like head massage, helping me out etc) then touch as hugging or kiss... im not into gifts 😅 so . it really depends... maybe some guys doesn't feel like giving compliments or not sweet with words so if im his girl, I would kinda feel he doesnt love me.. so yeah..as couple, you gotta be aware whats your language of love

Yep. The love languages are a good way to try and understand not only your significant other but people in general even more. And you begin to realize that the way you express and feel (your love language) is not necessarily "compatible" with the way another person may feel or express themselves to you (their love language). And learning how to express and show a bit of all the love languages to a person would not only be a great way to improve the ways you can express yourself but also the way other people feel about you.

Yeah love languages are really important! For me it's "words of affirmations" and "quality time". Whereas for my partner it's definitely "acts of services" and "receiving gifts" - I feel a lot when my partner says I love you and if I can spend quality time with just the two of us, it will mean a lot. So I had a hard time understanding why doesn't she feel the same. But once I learnt about the love languages, I found out that my partner loves doing things with me (therefore "acts of services") - daily things like packing together, striving together, doing normal stuff together, helping me without me asking.... my partner would go all out just to make sure we do things together, even if it's very normal. And I realized thats the love language. Understanding your partner's love language is so, so important. They express it in a different way :)

This is so well written. I love the actors expressions when she opened the box and she the camera.

Love is more than expecting a ring soo much that you forget to be observant and it is always important to try being calm when talking about the problems limiting the relationship.

Loving someone does not always have to mean you be together forever. This isnt the movies. Compatibility means a lot. That could mean alot of things, including backgrounds/parents/distance etc etc. If you truly love someone, and its not working. Letting them go can sometimes be the best decision for both of you.

That was so frustrating to watch. Lol. She blames Phil for not “expressing his feeling”, and she was doing the EXACT same thing: not telling him she was frustrated or not happy. He would have jumped at the opportunity to fix it... He was content with his life with her, and she was frustrated because he was not reading her mind 😂. So frustrating. Lol.

This one was on my timeline for few days until i decided to click on it today. I dont expect that this is totally what exactly currently happen to me... except for the part that he’s going to propose me. I’m still waiting tho. Hahaa. Besides we’re just 22 right now and still young.. We’ve been knowing each other for 11 years. (I didnt know when the love started but yeah just like everybody we’re started as friends then he became my bestfriend). As years passed, the relationship got boring and just like in this video!! All i said to him that he’s a boring person again and again without even realizing that he’s the one who always drive me here and there, bring me to clinics and force me to take medicines on time, pick me up from home to classes and to my workplace, the one who listens to my thoughts and childish acts, the one who cooks for me, the one who never let me carry heavy stuff when we go shopping etc. I was so blinded i know... I hope I can be someone better for him and someone who’s grateful enough for everything he did. Realizing those efforts for the passed 5 years made me want to marry him one day! He currently still studying and working part time to collect some money so that he can marry me soon. Hahahaha okay guys thats all. Tq for the video! I loveee your videos!

I'm just like Phil, not good at expressing emotions, more of a "actions speak louder than words" type of person. My ex girl friend of 17 months at that time didn't appreciate it at all. But unlike Phil, I ended the relationship as she started lying to me and meeting up with guys in secret towards the end of it citing that I didn't say "I love you" or show that I love her verbally while she kept her silence the whole entire time. ( she started fucking somebody like a week after anyway lol). Waking up at 5am to cook breakfast for her, doing the chores in the house that we rented together, going out late night to buy her food that she loves, getting her flowers and present when she most unexpected it, the tiniest things that she wouldn't even realise. My friends even ridicule me by saying I'm cheaper than a slave ahaha. It has been four years since we broke up, I still haven't dated since then. Not sure what or why. Maybe it's because it's so tough to love someone unconditionally every day and she didn't realise it at all and eventually seeking love elsewhere. I just want everyone that are reading this to think through your actions and your partners before making a rash decision. Some mistakes aren't repairable. Relationship really is a two way street.

Had the same issues (before marriage and even after marriage). Was really tough. I thought I couldn't bear it anymore all the time. Got me depressed and feeling worthless. Then, we started talking with how we feel and what we are doing. We were able to save our life together. I have almost given up our 10+ years together cos it felt like a roller coaster all the time and was already feeling dizzy with the ups and downs. I cried while watching this video cos I am proud we have been able to surpass the "itch". It still isn't a perfect relationship, though. Still, we're trying.
