So many heros of mine...from all nations I was fortunate to meet Lomu just weeks before he passed away... a true Rugby LEGEND and a 100% top bloke!!!

Great video, but with some obvious omissions: John Kirwan 1987 World Cup opener (against Italy), Habana’s Super rugby final (Bulls vs. Sharks), Tim Horan (against New Zealand at 1991 World Cup) or any one of about a 100 tries by Danie Gerber.

Exactly, title should be some of the best. 1 Bryan Habana try, what about the one in Super Rugby straight from the kick off? Also not enough Christian Cullen tries.

Never gets old seeing Chris Ashton smoking Drew Mitchel and leaving him in the dust :D

Only thing I would change is the title. 50 of the greatest tries

I think there should be at least one try from Scotland v England 2018 or 2019 in here (Huw Jones’, Maitland’s or Johnson’s) but other than that this is a great list

Is it just me or is that Kolbe try against England a little bit overrated? I mean, it's a good finish especially in a world cup final, but I find almost all of the other tries to be better than that one. Good Video though.

Hmm. What about John Kirwans solo try ........against Italy....I know italy was a third tier 3 team but come on!.....that try inspired a whole new generation including Jonah!.....did u forget All Blacks try in World Cup final with Beauden outrunning the entire aussie team - thatwas better than the one of cheslin scoring against England.......you missed heaps of awesome tries.....and than some....ur title is misleading.....and should be something else...coz that wasn’t the top 50

How is the title misleading, there were 50 tries in the video, and Beauden Barrett hardly outran the whole Aussie team, he only outpaced David Pocock who'd played the full match so far, hardly worthy of a Top 50 try. The Kirwan try could've made it on the list though.

@@RugbyManual there was also Campese flick pass to Horan try against the all blacks in 91 in the World Cup semi and the Ireland game before it when Aussie Michael Lynagh scored in dying seconds to upset Ireland making the semis - I could go on lol......maybe u shud do part two 😉😁

@@ospreyzebra125 gareth edward's a great player but cmon now. you won't have him on the calliber of mccaw and carter. i can argue JDW's a better 9 than edwards, JDW's got the speed of a winger, greatest sniper, strong kicking game, intelligent and good defender. i do realise edward's also an all around threat, but i do believe edwards dug his competition towards possible plummers. shane williams shouldnt be there aswell, he's definitely not on lomu's level. williams would be lucky to be considered a top 3-4 left winger ever. isn't better than lomu, rupeni and habana. that'll be my top 3 left wingers. so yeah mate, no including shane williams
