    I cannot agree more. I don't understand why he doesn't do this, it's not fair towards his guests. Is this for any other reason than saving those 30 seconds? It's a mystery to me. Let's hope this will be changed in the future. Many times I just clicked away in lack of this basic information.

    Dr Hyman you are wrong about the Calorie definition (If I understand English well) . One calorie is not the energy requiered to raise one degree centigrade of One Liter of water. Rather it is the energy requiered to raise one degree centigrade of One Gram of water. 😉 Mass rather than volume.

    I got this like this bad fever I was sweating every time I fell asleep and then my whole right leg kind of went numb and my calf muscle started swelling up my hip joint the muscle and everything

    I think you always leave out that you know eating the rice in the bread in the donuts and stuff like that ice cream is really bad for your health green vegetables it's good in meat

    Totally ignorant. An athlete that has no power, a tennis player that doesn't have the strength to hit the ball if they aren't eating meat? Please. The stupidity, it burns. Check out The Game Changers. Case closed. On the plus side, I'm now freed from ever having to waste another second listening to Mark Hyman again. "But where will I get my protein?" said the bull, the cow, the gorilla, the elephant, the rhinoceros, etc..

    Gregory, you really need to get your information about nutrition from a reputable source. You are not a cow. Plz read up on how your digestive system function as opposed to ruminant animal.
