Here's a truism of pretty much all company marketing: TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS! Why? Because it costs only five percent as much to keep an existing customer as it costs to gain a new one. In this vlog, which is part rant, part educational, and part suggestion to ALL companies, I go over my thoughts on why and how all companies that want to stay in business should pay more attention to their customers.
