I was literally crying in this due to my own change. It took me….MUCH longer than these legends but in six years I’ve lost 234 pounds. It was an excruciating journey and since I had no money for surgeries, I had to practically sweat blood to do it. But it’s worth it for the long run. It warms my heart to see others going the same path.

Watching people lose so much weight is so inspiring because not only is it an incredibly difficult task, its also representative of these people. Its not only their body healing but their mind and soul.
I love seeing this. This is so inspiring seeing people turn their life around.
I decided to randomly put this on before I start my workout and I now feel super motivated! Massive respect to all these individuals and best of luck on their continuing journey to lose/keep weight off.

The most wholesome and happy SunnyV2 episode ever.
I love to see people turning their life around for the better! Much love to all and God bless!
I don’t even watch this show but my god I just bawled my eyes out! It’s so beautiful seeing people give it their all and change their life for the better! Seeing them healthy makes me sooo happy 😇🥹
Great video topic. Absolutely love seeing this kind of thing. That look of humble appreciation and spark of hope in Justin's face at 7:12 when the doctor reacts to his progress is heartwarming AF; so glad it worked out so well for these people, struggle to even imagine how hard it must of been for them.
Hell yeah bro finally some positive vibes 🙏 I like the downfall vids but this actually gives me hope. I was 280 at the end of lockdown and 160 before but I’ve since lost 40 lbs after just quitting drinking alone. This gives me hope that with effort, I’ll be able to lose more.
I love hearing wholesome stories like these
It's such a strange sensation, but I feel so proud of people that I have never met. I am just genuinely happy that these people have put in the hard work, and will have a chance at living a normal life.
This is awesome. I recently lost 100 pounds after gaining it all during COVID, so I can empathize with these people more than I ever thought I would
