I wish I had a teacher like you at school, thanks for helping others to be better🙏
loved the video... This video's gonna be the start of my introspective journey.
Please do more of these kinds of videos. I’ve been in a brain fog or what feels like one and I feel stuck mentally and I decided to start learning and discovering who I am truly inside . But thanks for this video it has truly helped . You’ve got a new sub :)

Awesome idea. I will do more of this kind of content moving forward ✌🏻
This video is perfect. The questions you share are truly relevant, thank you ! Wish you the best. :)
I'm always on the search for ways to defeat this never ending sense of disassociation I endure everyday. Someone recommended self reflection but for a long time I put it aside because I fear what I don't have the skills to do. Today I take a step to self reflect to be a better person for myself, my future wife, my team, and my world. Thank you for this... I got emotional answers to every question you asked as I was watching this.

Then this is a sign that you are ready.
1. What do I want? Not what others want. 2. What am I avoiding. 3. What am I the most great full for? 4. What am I afraid of? 5. What are my biggest strengths and flaws?
*copy and pasted from your most recent post but* :) Ollie! Your kindness and altruism and genuine desire to help heal people has touched me so much. I've been in ENORMOUS amounts of anxiety battling with the ego and listening to you speaking has set me completely at ease and able to live in love and shed the fear. Tremendously grateful for your commitment to serving all the beings you Reach. I hear you I celebrate you I am so thankful for you. For future video suggestions, perhaps you could do a talk on twin flames causing/sparking the awakening to begin? This has happened in my own life and I have heard of it happening in other awakening people's experiences too. Also, you could speak on the dark night of the soul, the topsy turviness of awakening and how to navigate the REAL lows that we cycle through as our process deepens. Namaste and lots of love :)
Thank you for these points,I find self reflection to be very useful:) Whenever I do it, it makes me to push more towards the type of person I want to be:) great tips
I both loveee and hate the emotional Rollercoaster I just went thru watching this. Im wildly self loathing.. thank you for better explaining the.. shadow parts of the strengths. I never thought of it that way.
Thank you so much. I am on a journey to self reflection as well as self love and this is going to help so much ♥
Loved the video. The way you presented was so serene. These questions are going to start my transformational journey. Thank you.
this was very useful and made me realise so much about myself by properly diving deep into these questions and questioning myself so thank you for creating this video
These questions are like circle for exemple if you want to be best, your fear is failure and you avoid hard things. That circle helps to undersyand why and how yourself works
Loved the video. I could genuinely feel and see that you are talking from real solid experience and helping us out in our journey. Thanks again 👍🏼

I'm American and from Boston so my accent is very noticeable! I ALSO LOVE THE BRITISH ACCENT! I am an English, Welsh, Irish and Native American descendant, I don't know if I said that correctly, lol but I tend to listen to only British or meditation your voices are so calming to me. I loved these questions. I wrote them all down. Now I just have to answer them! Ughhhhhh. This is the hardest thing to do! 🙏🏼☮️💚
Beautiful video
Love your content☺️

If you are like me and have trouble communicating with your subconscious, consider looking into Lucid Dreaming. There you will be in a world created entirely by your mind, and can potentially have direct communication with your subconscious as it is manifested by a dream character you can actually talk to.

Damn this hit the spot. 😓
Hi, I am lost... Cannot find the meditation you mentioned at the end of the film? Anybody help, please?
And honesty
Beautiful
what do we need to do after we answer those questions?

Nice intelligent thoughts´´
I'm big fun of selfreflection myself, I even did an app for it. It asks me what did I do and I feel during the day and then give reports on my self-reflection input

How to do it when you tend to almost only remember bad moments ?
I have alot alot for what am I avoiding ...and I have to say how do I know doing which one will lead to success?
I feel fear confrontation as practice is not talked about nearly enough. I would love to build more of it into my meditation practice and have even been researching DMT as a means to achieve that confrontation. I just came across your channel tonight- I'm thrilled to check out your other videos. Thanks for making awesome content. ✌

Problem is whenever I wanna have my alone time, someone interrupts me and I’m never left alone to be with myself, so I just end up giving up and getting pissed off

Go for a walk, find a bench outside, somewhere. There is always an opportunity to be alone. Just find the right moments and not the excuses to don't reflect. Wish you the best Maya :)

If I start crying when I’ve answered my own self reflective question does that mean I found the answer ?
Vid starts 4min in.
What I want can be desires anything like that ?
Awesome perspectives! Self-reflection is so valuable - I discuss it in the last video on my channel also in a mindfulness + parenting context; I hope our videos inspire people to be mindful! Just subscribed to your channel too.
Not what others want me to want. Instead, what I want to want, right?🙏

Actually the contrary is true our minds are designed in form of prayer.
good video
Mental image-face Memorize-study Multi-purpose
When I asked "What do I want?" it was suddenly the G7 in my head.
1. Why would you do this?; understand yourself; self-reflected journaling; treat it like a prayer; emotional tension 2. Questions to ask yourself 1. What do I want? 2. What am I avoiding?; what we are avoiding is what we fear 3. What am I most grateful in my life?; see what you’re lacking; let the answers come to you; if you don’t have emotional response to that answer, then it’s not your answer 4. What am I afraid of?; if you give attention to your fear, then you can decrease it 5. What are my biggest strength and flaws?; you are not seeing bigger picture
Yes I have seen many smilariites with praying and meditation. If I may say so its unusual to see a younger guy thinking so phylosiphically about stuff. Do you ahve back ground in Mental Health Therapy? Other??

Hi
But if we think of only us , can we be under the heavy judgement by the people, like why we don't live so casually like others ,... And people start teasing you , and we don't follow what most people do in life
That accent 😍
What have I received from ---- ? What have I given to ---- ? What troubles and difficulties have I caused ----- ? ‘What troubles and difficulties have caused me -----?
Is it own sub-conscience that made all that is in the universe??
There's something I learned about myself that I don't like: I'm full of prej udice, and respect people for the _wrong_ reasons. It depends on the person and circumstances. For example, it turns out, I think neurotypicaIs are better than people with ASD. I HATE this about me: I think "lesser" is a word to match those on the spectrum--social skills, brains, personalities, normality. I write them off as inferior and abnormal. And it's not as simple as "change the attitude"; it's *_automatically_* in me, the way I feel, whether consciously or subconsciously. I'm sorry, guys; I'm ash amed of myself. It turns out I also think people who don't have learning disabiIities are smarter than those who do have them. And that's what brings me here. My ex-coworker (E.C.) always seemed like a slow learner, and he has made some mistakes at work. Plus, he graduated at 20 at a small charter school, he still lived with his mom at 28, and he didn't have a driver's license. I'm a student leader at my college's catering business, and I learned that the guy had signed up for a service by himself. I thought it was a bad idea, so I went to our boss. She was upset. Told EC she didn't think he could manage alone and was all "I've told you not to sign up for shifts by yourself, I've been very clear about that, I don't know how much clearer I can get for you to listen" and she told him he needed someone there to guide him. Well, that night, he saved a life and was very quick and resourceful (long story short, to subtract the length). My boss apologized for beIittIing him, said he was amazing, and she believed in him to work the shift alone. But he refused and quit. Told her she didn't _truly_ respect him; it was all conditional and her "He-is-incompetent" view would've stayed otherwise. Well, I'm practically as pathe tic as her. I didn't *_consciously_* think EC was a Ioser. I *_automatically_* thought he was one. Like, I didn't say or think the word about him, but I just felt it in me. But I was wrong. I think noble of him now, but only because of what he did, not because of who he was. I put certain people (auti stics, learning-disabIed, adults who live with parents, etc). on the "weak list" until they do something to impress me. I don't like myself.
I cant find any strengths that are reflections to my flaws. The only upside to my flaws are positive for other people but not to me.
