Hey Jedi, I stumbled across your page and now all I watch. I live in Orlando Florida and wanted to know if you could create content on: A - most efficient ways to pass guard when starting to roll And B) How to stop getting your guard passed. You inspire me to continue with Jiu Jitsu. I’m a 1st stripe white belt and I hope one day I can be like you. You’ll probably never read this but hopefully one day when I become big time like you then I’ll get noticed by you. Till then I’ll keep watching every Friday!

Beginners be careful with number two, make sure you bridge right as you feed your arm under the leg, if u stay on your back too long with your arm there you could get caught in a mounted triangle.
@cbrit62063 жыл бұрын
I really like arm-thru one! I'm going to try it! I am a girl that sometimes rolls with dudes & they like to eventually pin me in upper mount. At some point. I have been digging my elbows into their inner thighs & sometimes I tap because I lose breath eventually. Although it would be a little awkward (the 🥜 are close 😅), I am going to try to dip my arm thru.

If you try numbers 1, 2 and 4 with an experienced oponent, you will be put in S mount, and he will put an armbar. Numbers 3 and 5 are great.
