If only people could listen to this man... Africa needs him. We are being led by clueless old cows who have no clue about ANYTHING

This man is the real PanAfrican. Anyone in Africa under 40 must listen and learn from him. He has great ideas for the future of Africa

I'm only 16 and I don't understand half of the things he said but I know in a couple of years time I'm going to successful If I take his advice.

The Rholihlahla Mandela quote towards the end hit me so hard! One of the best, if not the best quote, I've ever heard.

Africa doesn't need pitty, it needs opportunity. Wow, it does and that makes me think about my own home country from which my family came... Mexico. And your name... I do practice saying many different names amongst all the countries I have been to. The name is one thing a person owns that is not easily taken and is due respect.

What a great man! He leaves you with something new everytime he speaks.. So much depth and wisdom at such a young age...

Wow! Thank you Vusi, whenever you speak I just realise that we really need to start to work and to big things as Africans if we want a better economy for our kids and the generations to come. Thank you and God bless you.

good talk I concur with you most Africans study then leave Africa to go serve the west there is a saying that most Africans "leave the gold mine to go work for the gold smith" what a pity.

The opportunity that Africa needs is education... Education gives you the opportunity to be interviewed for jobs. Eduction = employable = income = food, shelter etc.

I tell you, whenever I hear Vusi speak, I learn new things! I love what he said about education - it is something that is very important to me and I could not agree more with the thoughts he shared in this keynote! This is the reason I have created a KZread channel in the first place - to educate people about finances as I learn from my own experiences and bad decisions.

How we build economies is actually stuff from the head, not anywhere else. I love this. 110% true. A state will always be as good as it's people.

It is unfair when we are operating from different time zones... Africa should focus on its problems and accept the reality of starting small. We are not in competition.

Unfortunately, the developed nations see Africa simply as a source of cheap raw materials. It seems that there is currently no interest in the west to change this. Once the developed nations change this thinking, Africa will prosper.

Or they can smell & feel that they are touching a humangous animal. But qhubeka.
