You know that advantage David mentioned was in an international survivor season but in the form of a twist for an immunity winner rather than a playable advantage, not mentioning which because of spoilers

Imagine watching Game of Thrones, and in one of the early season a very likable character dies. But then at the halfway point of the series, that character gets resurrected from the dead as a White Walker. The main characters don't pay him much attention, but this White Walker slowly and effectively gains power throughout the second portion of the series to the point where many fans are even rooting for him to win the war. But then, in the final season, ANOTHER character that we barely remember from the early seasons also becomes a White Walker. He teams up with the White Walker we have been following and together they kill the remaining heroes, but in the end they duel, and the White Walker we barely know or care about wins, and the series ends with Him sitting on the iron throne.

From everything I've heard post game, Eric seems like he was the most underrated member of the cast. When Aubry was asked who from this cast she would want to see play again, she said Eric, because she thinks he has the potential to actually win, and that Victoria (the odds on favorite among fans) is likely to get targeted early, which I agree with.

I'm surprised you never brought up the original EOE plans though to be fair that could also be on a s30 secrets video. For those who don't know, Apparently the idea of EOE, then called Ghost Island was originally planned for season 30 where the idea was you would have 30 returnee players, where only 20 would actually get to play, the remaining 10 going to Ghost Island for a chance to get back in the game. I believe there was going to be 2 re entry point like with EOE, can't remember exactly, I am sure the article about it is online somewhere.

Whichever you decide it's win win, these videos are always quite entertaining so thank you for the content :)

I literally forget Chris won more than any other player lmao. When I see chris on the screen it still doesn't register for me that he's the guy that won season 38. He's literally like the 12th most memorable player of the season.

Love these secrets videos, I’ve literally binged ALL of them within the last week. 😂 also have you seen the show Beyond the Edge, it makes we want a celebrity Survivor. Also would be cool for a video idea.

I think the sole vote advantage could work at the Final 4 where the winner of the final immunity gets to cast the only vote to send out their biggest competitor home. For example in Gabon, Susie gets to vote Bob out 1-0 at Day 38 which probably would've resulted in Matty winning.

13- tbf.. David wasn't exactly saying that someone should stop them all from making fun of her, just that he thought it was shtty and wished they would stop lol I mean we see it every season.. everyone talks about everything they dislike/annoys them about the other players in confessional but pretend like everything is cool to everyone else. People have become targets for stupider reasons lmao

I recently watched this season and expected not to like it based on what everyone said about it, but I honestly really enjoyed it. The newbie cast was good, and I liked the returning players for the most part. I barely ever knew who was going home. And Chris' win felt deserved after going to fire with the biggest threat. He was the deserving winner in my opinion. It was honestly a fun season to watch.

He didn’t deserve it for me because edge of extinction takes away the whole point of the show. He hung out on an island for half the season with nothing to do except talk to the jury and stare at the sky. He didn’t even have to vote out half the players. At least in a later version of Edge the eliminated players were still “competing” by earning things and impacting the game. On this season they were basically already the jury in all but name, and he had more than an unfair advantage going into final tribal.

If anyone disagrees with me, I’m totally open to rebuttals, but take a long hard look at Jonathan and tell me he doesn’t look like an alternate universe Christian Hubicki, where he made the varsity football team as a freshman and still retained his gentle, highly situationally intelligent (with exceptions) personality. It will be hard for any other non-winning player to earn the same level of admiration I have for Christian, but as of now Johnathan is a damn close second EDIT: I know the man was aggro, especially this episode, but he just hangry, I’ll cut him some slack

My brother once tried out for survivor a little over 10 years ago went to rainy tent in Baltimore they said you got 15 seconds. Tried to give gave a makaveli speech, after 10 seconds realized they already heard that a million times already so he said bet I’ll be Richard Hatch pulled down his pants and helicoptered the the audition staff lol. He wasn’t casted but I’m telling him he has a shot now with survivor going off of background he’s a former navy Soilder with a dad with pulmonary fibrosis and ms and a grandfather who’s been a protest minister who’s been serving for almost 60 years and has a phd in religious studies. With how survivor casts people nowadays am I wrong he would get picked unanimously?

The twist of the edge, imo, was actually good. What would this season be like without Devens and Reem getting more airtime than most first and fourth boot get? It's to the this point where I want to see a Second Chance season of just players who didn't make the jury. They definitely have more story to tell. What killed this season is literally putting a hidden immunity in Underwood's bag when he came back at 6. Like WTF? An immunity that late in the game is a too big of a game changer it ruined the finale for me.

He didn't get an immunity idol in his bag, he got a worthless item that would only become an idol if one of his *UNALLIED OPPONENTS* wanted to give him an idol. The fact that he was *ABLE* to convince an opponent to GIVE HIM an idol at F6 is a testament to how incredible of a winner he is. This is a HUGE difference compared to simply just being given a straight up idol!

I wish I knew how much wait Reem lost being in the edge for the longest time. Oh well

It was utilized in the Final 12 of Australian Survivor Brains vs Brawn, all the players competed for 3 immunity necklaces and then at tribal council the 3 immunity winners competed in a fire making challenge to have the sole vote of who to eliminate minus the 2 other immunity holders. Forgot who won it but Baden got ousted 1-0 at the final 12

All this has done is reminded me how ARROGANT Rick was
