This sentence is only part of a poem . The whole poem goes like this " Your children are not ' Your ' children ; They are sons and daughters of life , longing for itself ; They come through you and not from you ; And though they are with you ; Yet they belong not to you " .

I'm 23 years old and can't stand living at my mothers place anymore. Of course, I love her but I feel stuck in my development. Something needs to change. I want to visit the ashram, be alone, focus, be independent. Just sharing my thoughts. Thank you Sadhguru 🙏🙏🙏

when i was 24, I got the opportunity to leave my moms house and move across the country to california. I took that opportunity with 2 weeks notice, moved 2800 miles away for the first time ever. Best decision I ever made.

@@coolwater55 I moved back a few years later. Then this year, I had a spontaneous full kundalini awakening that led to enlightenment and a lot of mystical experiences.

Education system in UK is not Educating in real life. Eg. How to survive, how to look after ur body, etc I have learnt more from Sadguru than I ever learned at school.

I wish I had known this decades back I would have taken the exact steps as our phases / solar cycles decides. What he is saying makes so much sense . Well , no point of regretting - I am still fortunate hat I have his hand and wisdom with me and my family 💕🥰😇

There is something called Waldorf. They don’t allow the children to learn to read until I think 3rd grade.. they want the imagination to be more powerful and then add the technical. The walls are always pastel, the lighting always natural. They draw and make their own text books. Are with same teacher and group until 8 grade, they tend and grow food, they prepare and clean breakfast together - it’s beautiful
