If you truly want to... it will happen. It can happen within this lifetime. You must find that part of your ego that is holding on to something and obliterate it with unconditional love.... oneness. So that the ego can no longer be offended and no longer has anything to prove to anyone. Humbleness is where you can find forgiveness, after the ego has let go. After forgiveness, you still have to treat them accordingly, now that you are no longer naive. Forgiveness is for your soul's benefit, not theirs. Through knowing yourself... you can reach a place of understanding where holding onto resentment is no longer possible within you. And when the immature ego has fallen away.... you have been born again.

It's not so much about being loving towards them if trauma is real, it's about being able to at least feel loving for the experience and making you want to take your life in a different direction - spirituality isn't about being some wishy washy person from a Story, it's about making the most out of your life that you can with what you have been given. As Sadhguru says, to be pleasant within yourself no matter what life throws at you is freedom.🙏
