I am planning for uk but there is samll problem i guess! I feel that maybe i am not fluent and confident in speaking english when it comes to talk in medical terms . For eg . Talking to patient's or anyone in the hoslital. How do i work on this?

This comes with practice! For PLAB 2 you need to practice many role-plays - this always helps build confidence

I agree some doctors do struggle to get their first job… but we also see doctors get their first job very quickly. These things tend to fluctuate based on many factors
