  I did H. Pylori treatment (PPI 40 mg+ 1 g Amox + 1 g Claritr. BD) for two weeks. During that period I had wonderful, frequent, abundant and soft stools as the side effect. Since I suffer from chronic constipation that was a nice side effect 😁

  I strained my lower back today and was not being very smart, applying an ice pack directly to skin. Well I lost track of time and an hour past. I’m pretty sure I at minimum got the frostnip. Raised reddish skin. Numb, yet easily warmed back up with a warm wet towel after a couple minutes. Thanks for the helpful info! Lessons learned.

  This information might seem interesting but actually means nothing to me. Why is my brain shouting or quiet? What are the ramifications? What do I do to level the acoustics of the brain to the Thyroid? Is this good or bad or another worthless test that tells you nothing except be afraid!

  Used to have a morning paper round and would get mild frostnip in my fingers during winter. Still remember the painful tingling I’d get each time when I got in and they warmed up.

  I was prescribed Valtrex outside of 72 hours of the onset of the rash and had great results. Within 48 hours of taking the medication I felt back to normal, and rash started to heal and was no longer painful or inflamed. Also, FYI, I had mild flu-like symptoms before the rash was a noticeable problem.
