Hot rod culture started in the early 1930s when enthusiasts in Southern California started modifying their cars and racing them on dry lake beds and beaches. Modified to reduce weight, the original hot rods were typically vintage Ford Model Ts, Model As and Model Bs. These cars were quite often channeled, relieved of excess pieces like hoods and windshields, and given a proper engine tune or different block all together to increase their power output.
This 1932 Ford Roadster build started with a new Brookville steel body that has been painted in stunning Tuxedo Black to a show quality finish. The beautiful Black paint is accented by Red pinstriping along the body line and hood vents which ties in with the Red leather interior. Inside, the dashboard is painted black and houses five vintage looking Autometer gauges amid a three-spoke steering wheel. This roadster rides on a factory ’32 frame with a dropped front axle to give it that perfect Hot Rod stance. Under the hood is a small block Chevrolet engine that is topped with an Edelbrock intake that houses three two-barrel Rochester carburetors. Shifting duties are handled by a three-speed automatic transmission that is shifted by a long Lokar shifter. The undercarriage of this Hot Rod is a work of art finished just as the top painted in the same gloss black paint and every component has been chromed or powder coated. The exhaust has been made of stainless steel that has been custom mandrel bent and connected to a set of Flowmaster Hushpower mufflers. Four-wheel chrome finned Buick brake drums are installed at all four corners and give this Roadster a period look. Coker Classic tires mounted on polished kidney bean wheels with knock off spinners finish the classic look of this beautiful Roadster.
Vintage hot rods will always have a special place in American motoring history and this example has a very period look and feel. Overall, It is a very tasteful build using high quality components and a high level of craftsmanship.

Very well done. A much more entertaining, subtle sales approach than most dealers.
My favorite car ever
Holy shit. That “roll bar” at 1:11 would do absolutely NOTHING in any scenario 😮😂

Wow, this takes me back to the 70s. One of the guys I worked with had a 32 Coupe & we had a blast cruising around in it. Thanks for showcasing this beauty!! 👍👍🙂
Love Hotrods, so cool and is genesis to the car scene we have today
I have a 32 Dearborn Deuce roadster, with power windows & retractable top. It like having the best of both Roadster & Coupe bodies. No matter what the weather, rain or shine nothing is better than a DBD.
I’m in love ! What a beautiful version of an iconic car.
Do I need one? Hell yeah I do!
Sharp 32 roadster, these cars are icons, love the roadster, but I also like the 32 coupes, love the color combination on this car, red and black always looks good, when I win the lottery, I am gonna visit you guys, buy me one of these beautiful cars, thanks for sharing.

Sharp car.
Me piace molto Argentina Salta
I'm wondering what the market is like for these. It's no secret that '50s and earlier were on the decline. Has the covid price boom affected them ?
COOL CAR ,, KID NEEDS 2 GO ......
