Hello, I am level 30 and looking into picking up some remote raid passes to do some 5 star raids posted online. I have no knowledge on if or how my level will affect raid rewards. I’m also not sure if my level will create a disadvantage when I want to power up the Pokemon I catch from them. Would it be more cost effective to become a higher level before using raid passes? Why?

i think you should be good. Max pokemon lvl is = (trainer lvl)+ 10. so its is 40 for you. most raid bosses you catch should be at 20 (25 if weather boosted).
