When I first watched, I really struggled to connect with Saul and Will - but I was so glad that the slow pacing finally paid off. Great show

Right!! I found myself looking at my phone or doing something else when Will’s scenes came around. The love story wasn’t that engaging for me n felt he wasn’t fitting anywhere until the end. The payoff was worth it

Cancelling this show is a massive criminal. Please renew it for season 2 at least, Netflix. The real meat starts from 2nd book, The Dark Forest. The 1st book is just a really loooong prologue to something even bigger and crazier .

That "Judgement Day" scene was absolutely diabolical

I watched it as I was reading book 1 and I thought they have invented people and events for the show. By books 3 I saw that even the Jack Rooney guy was in the book in some small capacity, everything in the show was in the books too in some way. Great work!

Jess Hong's performance is so good in this series.

at 4.00 "there is no repenting" Ye is the little girl, at the end of her life, facing the decision she made and taking it in stride. She still has both of her arms, but as for her soul? her intelligence may have spared her for a life´s worth of time, but doomed the world.

I half think what Wade whispers to Jin is that the failure is a show, and the reality is that Staircase succeeded. Since the Sophon are watching Wade and the Wallfacers, they would miss the second, real mission control that knows and monitored the success. Then I remember he's enough of a dick that he'd let her believe it failed even if all that happened.

no offense but the actors who played the young and old dr ye truly lacked depth in their acting, in the tencent version, you immediately know what the 1960s has done to ye every moment you see those two actors. the storyline of jin and will is surprisingly good though , better than what’s written in the book in my opinion

I got rid of Netflix months ago. Every single show I liked got cancelled usually with a cliffhanger. Every. Single. Show. I’m sure this is a good show. Will I get Netflix to watch it? Why bother they’re just gonna cancel it anyway.
