Very interesting. I would like a longer video that explains each region in more detail. And a typical food from each region.

Thanks... did not include the breakdown of each region because it might have been too long, but there is a summary of this on the website you can read (the numbers have links to each region's article): objectivelists.com/2023/11/09/the-23-food-regions-of-the-world/

for example, this is northern europe's objectivelists.com/2023/11/12/the-northern-europe-food-region/
what soet of clustering did you use? Also I'm familiar with your work due to your website, but I fear that the A.I voice & short length might lead people to falsely assume that this is a spam account! You guys should use real voices, and go a little deeper into the video for more traction imo

thanks, yes going into the actual ingredients of each region might have been more informative, but you can find a breakdown of each region on the website. the two clusterings used were average linkage and ward's method
I feel like you would do a good job at making a map of the cultures of the US (New England, Cascadia, Deep South...) Do you think you can do that someday?

that would be tough, not an easy task

@@objectivelists Maybe some day...
Pakistan and Northern India literally eat the same food. How are they not grouped together? This makes no sense.
