The 2025 Toyota Crown Signia 2-Row Midsize Luxury Is a SUV OR Wagon?

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Effortless elegance is a big part of the 2025 Toyota Crown Signia SUV. The crown Signia is a 2-Row mid-sized luxury SUV or is it a wagon? we show you why there is some confusion. The Crown Signia is a new addition to the Crown family, its a mid-sized luxury SUV that is more like a spacious wagon. It offers a hybrid powertrain, all-wheel drive, and a spacious interior. This is the second Toyota Crown model adds a distinctive crossover SUV that replaces the Venza.
The stylish exterior offers a monochromatic grille, sleek design, and available 21-inch wheels. The Crown Signia offers a quiet cabin with a fold flat second row and 6.5-foot long cargo area.
Inside the luxury interior is a 12.3-inch Toyota audio multimedia touchscreen and Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard. There is so much more, watch the video and take one for a test drive.
Thanks for watching!

it looks like a wagon with the ground clarence of a crossover, the Venza was sort of like that, except for the wagon part. the Subaru Outback would be the best comparison to the Toyota Crown, one thing im sure most Toyota buyers will miss is that V6. it was just buttery smooth and reliable.

My only wish Toyota would have the optional Hybrid-MAX powertrain in the Crown Signia that’s available in the Crown.

Beautiful design, I say wagon.., and that's being a wagon lover. Great to see them back! Now America - buy them!! But, in addition to a better powertrain/drivetrain selection Lauren alludes to, it needs an opening sunroof. The fixed one carried over from the Venza is a miss here, as it was a miss then.. Even the supposedly "lesser" RAV4 it shared platforms and many bits with has an opening one! The Venza's fancy automatic frosty treatment was interesting but, comparatively, a gimmick - and no substitute for a traditional opening one. That and rollerskate 21s a "no" on what is essentially a smaller mid-size. I agree with Lauren on the nice wheel design, but make it a 20 at most. If I got the Limited I might swap for the base 19s from the get-go. Edit/add: no spare tire. All the RAV4s and Venzas have one.

I think Signia is going to fly off Toyota dealership lots. I hope the dealerships will not gouge customers by asking over MSRP.

Hate to disagree, Lauren, but the Venza is a sales dud. Toyota sold 29,000 units in 2023, down about 8% from 2022. By comparison, Toyota sold 435,000 RAV-4s, up 18% from 2022. But I do think the Signia will sell much better than the Venza.

Yeah, their vehicles are not as refined as others. I have a Lexus ES 350 that's good but that 'refineness' isn't there. I plan to keep it as long as I can but my next vehicle won't be a Toyota Corp product. I will go to either Honda or Mercedes

Pizzaz and romance in cars only come to play when you have enough cash to afford multiple cars. Otherwise majority want reliability and same engine trans is good as long as we get reliability.

Currently have the 22 Venza and while it is a nice vehicle, I fell in love with this Signia and have watched many, many videos of it. Several things I think I will like and appreciate over the Venza are the quite ride, the layout of the interior (vol button) etc., and for me just the good looks of the Signia inside and out. I already have a deposit at my dealer but I am picky and want exactly what I want, so don't know how long I will have to wait for it. Another thing I have read is that Toyota will only send 20,000 yearly to the U.S.

Also having them in the traditional location at the bottom gives it a better sweep than an inverted one. When you compare the arcs, maybe not incredibly so but still better, especially for that all-important right rear/bottom corner (on left-hand drive vehicles). The best coverage and the setup that makes the most sense .... is the twin set up on the old (mid 90's) Camry wagon!...versus the particularly small stubby ones more have now because of the increasingly shallow rear windows.
