This is what Steinbrenner did with the Yankees in the 90's. He built a super team got super hate Dwight Gooden and Daryl Strawberry on the same team is unfair, but it happened.

trading players: Klay's on the decline and makes to many crucial errors. Get something for him while you can... Wiggins, not dependable and seems to take to long to turn on the on Switch. Moses shows offensive talent, but is always half a step behind on D. Kaminga is probably couple of years off to get any Superstar badge, it would be a major sacrafic but if we want another champion ship in the next two years... so be it.

Yeah the only issue with this is that the Warriors wouldn’t be able to get Embiid. First, that offer would be a lot more than Kuminga, Wiggins, and picks. They would have to offer likely Wiggins, Kuminga, Moody, and possibly Podz too, along with their 2026 and 2028 first round picks, pick swaps in 2025, 2027, 2029, and 2031, and second round picks. They’d have to offer so much because they’re bidding against OKC, New York, New Orleans, etc. There’s tons of teams with far more assets to offer. Golden State would have to go all out. That being said, if they did that, it’s not necessarily only LeBron they’d be hoping for. They could also get Paul George in free agency since him and the Clippers haven’t come to a deal on a contract extension. The Clippers and Mavs are 2-2 rn but if the Clippers lose, the odds aren’t low that PG leaves.

Super team ruin teams balance. Specially in today's basketball wherein good perimeter defender guys are much needed. Most of these superstars are just focusing on offense rather than defense and so team balance collapse. Clippers, suns, bucks, are currently struggling.

Look at how much the NBA has changed since the Warriors won it all a couple of years ago. I think it's instructive to watch the playoffs, because the next change is in the playoffs. Sure, if you have all young players, they can dominate with their youth, and soon their height. I saw SGA suffer 2 ankle sprains in a game, but that didn't even slow him down due to youth's quick recovery. Now, we aren't going to be able to match the youth or the height of the coming new NBA. For us, since we decided to stick with our stars as they age, we are going to have to come up with a new formula. I think we can beat these teams by using our full roster in the playoffs. That presents new challenges to our opponent, and we can wear them down in a 7-game series. Now, this is just an idea. We already have 2 squads, why not a 3rd squad for defense? We have stars getting injured or not available in the playoffs. It's the new NBA, and we have the best chance of figuring it out ahead of time, due to our need to have at least 2 squads.
