Really sad to see Kia Canada withholding vehicles from their customers, especially since I've had a Carnival on order for 16 months. Also terrible for dealers like you who are being prevented from selling vehicles. Just a bad situation for everyone.

It is a very unfortunate situation, none of us want to be left waiting (especially during the holiday season) however to be fair I will say the CBC article intimated that Kia Canada was holding thousands (if not tens of thousands) of vehicles, for a significant amount of time. The reality is that roughly 600 Ontario vehicles (8 to 10 per dealer) are delayed by about 2 weeks. Vehicles we expected to receive today, will be coming the first week of January.

How do I raise the volume of navigation?

How is the maintenance? Also on 6000 km or 6 months? Why? We in Romania (Europe) have the same power train and they say maintenance on 15 000 km.

The difference in service intervals between Kia cars in Romania and Canada is due to various factors like different driving conditions, road conditions & weather (very hot summers & cold winters) and regulations. Recommendations will vary depending on region and market.

All of a sudden I wish I was in Canada 😂

I bought one. 2024. I now regret it. Lasted 1097km (not a typo). I had it 30 days before full hybrid failure. Hyundai Canada can’t get the part to repair it for 4 MONTHS. Even though they are making them today. Thankfully dealership jumped in and supplied a loaner. A gas model. I’m done with Hyundai hybrids/phev if they can’t repair them and don’t have the parts. 😢

nice car for it's price... but there is a thing i don't like on this car like the big bumps on the Hyundai logo at the back the Volume ctrl, A/C ctrl and fan ctrl is touch and is difficult to operate while driving...

No windshield wiper on the back again :( such a nightmare in the winter with the amount of snow we get

Please tell Hyundai that the rear turn signal lights (07:12) are at the wrong and unsafe locations. I have never seen a modern car with such a poor design. Until Hyundai makes the change, the Tucson will never be on my shopping list. Thank you.
