No, this season will be average. Stop climate panic.

As someone who lives in Tampa Bay the prediction is that we will get a direct hit. I pray that is not the case. Last year was some of the warmest temperatures ever recorded. The warmer the water the worst a hurricane will get.

Last year there was stronger wind shear too. "Warm water" isn't the only think that determines hurricanes.

Wherever a hurricane goes, they're going to get wrecked. Please not us.

Florida is likely toast. Besides facing more hurricanes in the Category 5 realm, they have a governor more much more focused on anti-Woke efforts than disaster preparedness. A nasty cocktail, especially given the many low-lying coastal areas the state has.

These dire predictions are with us every year. They rarely come true. Once in a while, the forcasters hit a home run. Usually, however, they only hit a single or a double.

We want cars, housing, phones, tech, money, processed food, retail stores, factories, ships, planes, fossil fuel, gemstones, resources, we want it all. Now we will face the results of our greed.
