Daddy built Ford semis in Louisville from 69-80. They then transferred him to little trucks over on Fern Valley Rd. He worked for Ford from 1969-2006. RIP, Dad

I had an 1984 Ford LTL 9000 Cummins 300 Big Cam 4 9sp..Loved that truck.. Then had a 1988 Ford LTLA 9000 same package. Loved the aero package..Both trucks rode like a dream..Both were 250" WB with 46" sit in sleeper...

I was lucky to drive a 1986 LTL 9000 Peterbilt Blue was the color after a repaint, she had a 400 Cummins and a 15 direct Fuller transmission with a Holland 5th wheel I would give anything to have that truck back Love those LTL's one of the best looking trucks out there, this truck the Grand Champion is just outstanding, love the stretch frame.

Had an LTL 89 ' 3406B 13 spd from new. Drove it nearly every day. Still one of the best trucks i had. The guy that bought it loves it. Still pulls like a train and rides nice. This is an amazing looking truck. Well done. 👍😎🤘

Beautiful truck. The Ford LTL 9000 was the best looking truck on the road. It had styling and character and still looks better than trucks on the road today.

Charles Harris they’ve definitely got character. Back in 2005 I had the choice between one of the early aero Petes and an older Ford. I preferred the Ford by a LONG shot. Of course, the 379/389 Petes are another story.

How can you be a ford man and NOT like the ltl 9000's???? Im Not a ford man at all, and I absolutely LOVE the ltl 9000's, especially done up tough but simple like this one. They were a great truck! They were a little heavy, but rugid. And as I said im not a ford man at all, but when you really break it down an look at it, the only thing made by ford on the truck is the body, and maybe some parts on the frame and suspention. Everything else is made by all the other same manufactures that peterbilt, freightliner, international, westernstar marmon whites. The LTL 9000s where sharp. I had an 87 that was silver an dressed up some, and was probably the meanest truck rollin on pavment on the east coast when I had it.

School bus driver here. When Freightliner/Daimler bought out Ford trucks and rebadged it the Sterling, they might still be around had they added the LTL back into the lineup. It's not always about aerodynamics and who can cut through the wind better.

Seriously cant tell you how much I love this truck. Its a shame there arent many on the road anymore and most of the time when you do see one its been beat to hell an back as a log truck or dump truck.

I learned in a FORD AEROMAX 9000 sleeper to get my CDL. The other was a FREIGHTLINER CABOVER. It's a shame I didn't keep track of where they might have went. I enjoyed the both of them.

I love ford ltl9000 but you put on here a ford aeromax but that is not the aeromax ltl it is the normal big hood ltl. the aeromax is a slope nose with the set back front axil. trust me I drove a aeromax ltl9000 pulling dump trailer and they don't look as good as the big hood ltl but I just wanted to clear that up it is just a regular big hood ltl9000
