I had one of these in the early 2000's. Everybody on the road seemed to assume that I was a serial killer and did everything they could to get out of my way! Best van ever!

There's just so many "they don't make 'em like they used to" moments in this video. Imagine getting a new van today with four factory swivel seats and a wood panel interior.

I wish they still made these G body vans!

Yeah I can't think of a bigger money maker for them, there way more solid than the express vans

Former Van guy here. Enjoyed the video. I miss the van craze of the 70s n 80s.

The A Team van!! Actually it was a GMC Vandura but close enough.

That part at 7:28 where the narrator is talking about one way glass, and the couple are talking. The guy closes the door as they are laughing. Looks like those 2 are going to have some fun. 😀😀

Now that's what I call a true North American van not the new stuff from Ford and Chrysler .

Here in New England, there are none left on the roads. Nor many of the next generation vans from 1996 and up. Salt got em all.

I'm almost 50 and I don't recall seeing very many G-10's with the rectangular headlights. It must have been an expensive upgrade to the Nomad or Beauville trim.

My fave transport.

To bad Cheech and Chong werent interviewed about their wacky van with the dingleballs.

I remember mom and dad had an argument about beach girls then dropping us off at home and burning rubber in one of these I was like "ah cool"

Does anyone know if they produced the shorty 110" WB version all the way to 1996, or did it go away before then?

If I recall correctly the 110" versions stopped being made in the middle 80's as GM was marketing the Astro and Safari vans starting in 1985.
