It is possible. I am living proof…, after 28 years married, and as a dad, having given 3 daughters at the alter to their charming prince, I found myself alone, as my life companion pulled the plug to our union. I had to learn to move on, it was hard and it hurt, but I did it one day at a time. Today, it’s been 7 years later, and I have a new love stronger than the first one. I am ready to move on & live the second half of my life, enjoying the present and looking forward together to a bright future, with someone who has been a gift from above. I understand today, why my first union was ended and what God had planned for me, for I am living it today. As for your situation, turn the page, live your life and don’t expect nothing from the universe, for the universe knows what you need at it’s own time.

Jamie and John's increased involvement plus the addition of Polly and Rebekah to the band has taken their songs to a new level. Do you think I have forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten About you? You and I (don't let go) were alive (don't let go) With nothing to do, I could lay and just look in your eyes Wait (don't let go) and pretend (don't let go) Hold on and hope that we'll find our way back in the end Do you think I have forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten About you? Do you think I have forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten About you? There was something 'bout you that now I can't remember It's the same damn thing that made my heart surrender And I miss you on a train, I miss you in the morning I never know what to think about I think about you (so don't let go) About you (so don't let go) Do you think I have forgotten About you? My ex boyfriend associated me with this song, specifically the bridge part. My heart aches every time About You comes on shuffle but I keep the song on repeat because it feels painfully good to know that he connected me with such a beautiful masterpiece. It has been four months since our separation, yet my dreams are still nightmares more often than not. Every time my memories of him get hazy, I find myself going back to this song just because I want to make sure that he is still alive in my head. What a lovelorn fool I am because he's trying his damnedest to erase me on the other side. K, the chance of you finding this comment is really low, but if you are reading this, I hope you know that at the end of the day, I just want you to be well. Even if that means you no longer remember the same damn thing about us that made your heart surrender, even if you have to forget about me.

There are some songs, or prolly a few songs, that hits you, no matter what time of the day it is, no matter how happy you are; they just hit like lighting hitting a tree. This is that song for me. No matter how happy I am, no matter how chilled I am, if this song plays; I go to a world which has nothing but sadness. This song is the synonym of Sadness, this song is the synonym of Melancholic-ness. I would never get enough of it

just discovered 1975! this song is a perfect example of a song that craves past relationships/situatuationships... the sound produced is so dreamy that it tries to hold you to the point that you don't wanna wake up combined with the lyrics that tries not to let go of that cherished feeling, and then Polly makes her line and everything turns to shit that you want to relive it even if it hurts over and over and over and over and over.....

this song just does something to me. I swear that I cannot for the life of me explain it but I get so overwhelmed with feelings of joy and sadness and love that it actually makes my chest hurt but sort of in a good way. it's one of those songs that makes me want to be in an MRI machine so I could see what parts of my brain are activated because it's just so beautiful. and Poppy's part is HEAVENLY!!! I think the messiness (?) of the guitars and the synth and bass just create this great sound that sort of reminds me of I Don't Love You by MCR, and it's really that that brings about the feeling of being overwhelmed. and the sax?!!!??! Ughhhhhhh amazing!!!!!!

About You Lyrics [Matty Healy:] I know a place It's somewhere I go when I need to remember your face We get married in our heads Something to do while we try to recall how we met Do you think I have forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten About you? You and I (don't let go) Were alive (don't let go) With nothing to do I could lay and just look in your eyes Wait (don't let go) And pretend (don't let go) Hold on and hope that we'll find our way back in the end Do you think I have forgotten? Do you think I havе forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten About you? Do you think I havе forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten? Do you think I have forgotten About you? [Carly Holt & Matty Healy:] There was something about you that now I can't remember It's the same damn thing that made my heart surrender And I'll miss you on a train I'll miss you in the morning I never know what to think about I think about you About you [Matty Healy:] Do you think I have forgotten About you? About you About you Do you think I have forgotten About you?

This song is 100x better live. The drums, bass and guitars sound so much more crisp and the song has some actual weight and rhythm to it. Love the hazy, smoke-filled, silhouette-heavy look of the stage too. Only thing I like more from the album version is Carly Holt.
