That's right, but the Supra MK3 is known for the 1JZ-GTE and the 7M-GTE. The 1G series engines were not bad, but if I'm not mistaken, no one even bothered to make parts for these engines since they weren't popular and there were better engine options available.

You never mention that the advertised 276hp in the rx7, Supra and gtr were way under advertised so the Japanese government wouldn’t pass legislation controlling cars output, in reality most GTR’s and Supra turbos would come off the line above 300 at the wheels with even some rx7’s too.

Lmao, the sr20’s came in the Silvia, never came in a 240sx. You didn’t mention the actual 9k rpm of the s2000, or the excellent handling of the mk4 Supra which is why it was used in so much gt racing, I’ve been seen a 13b rev to 9k but maybe there are some, but high revs like that would be harder on the turbos, not the 20b 3 rotor that guy will scream higher than 9k, just like a said in the first video, if you want to hire someone who actually knows cars, was a mechanical engineer, has built and raced many usdm, jdm, and euro cars I’m available, my full time job is a consultant in the firearms industry where I help design and build products used, but I worked in the automotive industry for over 10. I used to do KZread videos for Mitsubishi, and a few for other manufacturers and racing series.

I think I confused the 240sx with the 180sx a bit, but I don't understand what you mean by the actual 9k rpm of the S2000. In the video, I mentioned that it screams to 9k rpm.

@@TORQY_ so many things are wrong, but th one that stood out the most, "stock 13b turbo revs to 9000 RMP!!!" no. no it doesn't. My brother had a fully built bridgeported one pushing 500hp and that still didn't rev to 9k made it to 8500 max

​@@inyl8uProbably I expressed myself incorrectly. The car, from the factory, revs up to a maximum of 7800 rpm, but an ECU modification can allow the stock engine to rev up to 9000 rpm. I know someone who had a stock Mazda RX-8 that revved up to 9500 rpm without any modifications. I know there are some differences between the RX-8 and RX-7, but for the most part, the engine is the same. If you dig a bit deeper on the internet, you'll find many people who have brought their stock engine even up to 10,000 rpm. Anyway, what I want to say is that the engine can handle 9000 rpm without any modifications, just by changing the rev limit in the ECU.
