I spent the whole day yesterday with negative thoughts which made me incredibly stressed. I gave up entirely to "get out" of the pattern...tired of using tools .. I guess I was just consumed by the thoughts. It was one of the worst days ever. It remained so until the evening and I used the last remnant of energy to do some stretch mild movement exercises. I only did it to save me in the future as I don't want to be unable to move as I further age. This is a very good thing even though it was mainly for survival which might sound like a negative but for me it is VERY realistic. I don't know if people realize but people over 60 feel many realistic issues to cause anxiety and are also less likely to reach out. There are many people who aren't young in age who are experiencing anxiety and depression. I would say, pay attention to people of any age.....but don't forget people older than you. Not everyone has caregivers. I never hear this subject discussed on any of these channels.

calm, reasonable a actually usefull set of advices (with !concrete examples!, so you can relate them to something real) provided outside of any current social media fad? impossible...so, what did i took? 1.) ask yourself; is this line of thought useful or not? 2.)if it is, i can stop emotianl overload by writing these down (or commiting to write them down in tangable future, so i can progress with my day without any unnecessary disturbance) 3.)identify your triggers and plan for them, if possible, identify areas of thinking you are vulnerable to spiral down into negative space and NAME those areas, gaining perspective:) 4.) treat yourself as you treat your friend - non harshly, more in constructive, supportive way 5.) don´t escape emotion - let it feel - examine why - validate emotion; it´s your inevitable part 6.) you have power to refocus your attention if needed, just acknowledge and validate negative feeling before doing it 7.) break cycle of negativity (after acknowledgeing process) via action MMM - move, make, meet ...to give advice; it would be cherry on top, if you ad timestamps on progress bar, or iclude them under description of vid...anyway, this was good one, hope you make some noise in here!
