Loving your videos! If I go through the night and don’t pump for 6 hours (as an example) but I pump every 2-3 hours when I’m awake, could that affect my milk supply?

Longer periods of time do impact your supply but…. Your body is less sensitive to this as baby gets older, and as long as over 24 hours you’re getting enough to meet your baby’s needs then going a longer stretch at night if your baby is naturally starting to sleep a longer stretch themselves isn’t necessarily a problem.

How frequently is not too often?

It depends on the reason you're pumping :) If you're exclusively pumping (and not feeding your baby from the breast) then we'd recommend you start by pumping every 2-3 hours and then adjust to baby's feeding patterns as they get older.
