are supplements with TITANIUM DIOXIDE safe? All the Vitamin D and Calcium tablets online I find have this. I've read this stuff can have other side effects.

Definitely a good question! It’s tough for me to answer because there are some differing opinions about this. Europe has banned titanium dioxide as a food additive while the FDA in America says it is safe in small amounts such as in supplements or cosmetics. Unfortunately you will likely have to decide for yourself if this is something you want to put in your body or not. You should be able to find vitamin D and calcium supplements without titanium dioxide 😊

The only thing that truely fixes it is going carnivore

While I am a fan of using the carnivore diet properly, I have also seen many people heal their skin without doing the carnivore diet! Remember, the whole point of this video is that “what works for one person does not work for everyone”! If it was as simple as going on a carnivore diet, everyone would go on that diet and no one would have skin issues. Honestly I wish that was the case 😅.

Can you help my 6 month old baby? Her eczema on her face is always there. It subsides then comes back again after stopping steroid. 😢

How long have you been using the steroids? Using steroid on and off for too long is not the best as it can cause withdrawal. It is tough for me to make recommendations without knowing both your lifestyle. However, the good news is that babies will usually grow out of eczema!

@FightingEczema she started using it Nov 28 twice daily for 2 weeks. It went off. Then we stopped for a week. Then flared up again. So I restarted it for a week again. Whenever we stop for 4 days, another flare will show. It is just disheartening cause it's her face that is mainly affected. Now I am trying the tapering of steroid. Before it's twice daily. Now we are down to once daily. Can we talk more thru email? Please help us. Thank you

@adisventures2886 Unfortunately, steroid creams really only treat the symptom and not the root cause. I would love to chat more. Feel free to email me or DM me on Instagram. You can find the info in my KZread bio 😊.

what supplement doyou recommend for flareups a week before periods?

  • @FightingEczema

It’s too difficult for me to recommend anything without digging further! It seems like it could be a hormone-related issue but it could also be due to other factors such as stress or immune-system changes before your period. If this is a hormone-related issues, we would want to determine what hormones are problematic. For example, is it due to a drop in estrogen before your period? Or is it due to the ratio of estrogen-to-progesterone ratio being off? OR is it your cortisol, thyroid, and insulin levels that are off? Only when this is figured out can I recommend the proper supplements. I know… it’s complicated, right!?

@@FightingEczema ooh definitely complicated 😅 i was diagnosed with pcod last year so i am assuming that has a big part to play? 🥲

@haadiyamaryam ah yes, PCOD May be a sign that hormones are imbalanced in your body! A few supplements you may want to look into include omega 3s, inositol, and DIM. It’s possible that working on your PCOD may indirectly help improve your skin but it’s hard to know for sure 🥹
