My wife and kid's eczema was always worse in the winter than in summer, when they were out in the sun every day. Then Covid hit, and I made them all take D3 supplements every day, I guess 3 1/2 years or so ago now, which they have continued until today. Since that time I have not heard them complain one single time about their eczema, because it's gone! Interesting coincidence.

Hi Regina, Vitamin D is actually a steroid hormone which is produced in the body from sun exposure. There are other benefits of sun exposure thn just vitamin D; such as stress reduction, increase serotonin and improved sleep. To answer your question you can take 5000IU of vitamin D plus vitamin K but also make sure to get some sun exposure daily if you can. 15-20 minutes per day would be great. Here is great product. One capsule per day after a meal. www.metagenics.com/d3-5000-k Sign up on the fullscript account in the video description and I'll make sure to give you student discount. Best, Dr. Jin

You just wanna get good sourced vitamin D. I would say look for something with a lot of good reviews that’s decently affordable. I got enough vitamin D to take 10,000iu for 6 months great quality 22$.
