There are only a handful of players that should be kept. All young ones, like Hojlund, Mainoo, Garnacho, etc. Can the rest. Onana was the biggest mistake ETH made. He’s not fit to be a sub GK. Not one single player in 10 years has gotten better after coming to United. Not 1….let that sink in.

💯 this. When EtH came in he gave the big speech about standards and culture. Many of those players out on the field who let him down will still be picked next match. It's okay Tony laying the blame on the players they do have to accept the criticism but you're dead right, 7 of those players were his signings. Everyone keeps talking about it's gonna take time and it's a project. Emery has got Villa playing with an identity in the first season. Where is our identity? Where are our attacks. The Crystal Palace manager ,Oliver Glasner, has got them playing with confidence, expressing themselves on the pitch, and more importantly winning games. In the space of a couple of months. You don't hear anybody at Villa or Palace crying that the manager doesn't have his own players in yet. Good managers can work with any player and still get a tune out of them. They know there abilities and what they can do and can't do. They are able to set a team up in a way that allows him to still get results. Adapt during a game. I remember Mourinho subbing a player on 24 minutes at Chealsea because he got the tatics wrong. It would appear that EtH has one style of football and is very one dimensional, he doesn't even rotate the squad. He just flogs the same 11 every week until someone is injured.

What’s the story with Trashford. He hobbled off in the semi final without the physio coming on and hasn’t been seen since except in the night clubs. If you didn’t turn up for work or had long term sickness you’d end up being sacked at a normal place of work. Seems football players are exempt. Other than Onana and Antony, where there's a clear link with EtH, why do you think the others are 'his' signings? It's down to the recruitment department to bring in the right players, not let a manager play the DoF role.

As a Leeds fan, we have had more than our fair share of ups and downs, but I have to say I do sympathise with you guys having to watch a very expensive team play with no fight and passion and a complete disregard for the paying supporters. That performance tonight was unacceptable by any stretch of the imagination. The club needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom. Great show Lads!

The players and manager are all blaming each other and playing each other off against one another. It’s the same old story after every game. The manager didn’t get the tactics right or the players didn’t play. Get rid of everyone and start again with the youth team. This club needs something radical so Ineos need to step up to the plate and do something instead of constantly banging on about a new stadium. At this rate there won’t be any fans left and the stadium will be the least of their issues.

I have tried to support ETH, I even defended the guy. I wrote off this season long ago, IDGAF about the loss to CP TBH, but ETH is no longer a manager I can support, not because he lost (he didn't, I know the players are turned off) but because he wasted an opportunity to play younger talent to instead play Casemiro out of position at CB with Evans who shouldn't be playing either. The Midfield got overran because Erikson is shit even for a reserve team, Onana shouldn't be keeping for any team, I'd put on gloves myself before I put him between the pipes, Henderson should start the rest of the year and FA Cup final. ETH is overwhelmed in the EPL, he would be great at a place like Bayern with maybe 2 other good teams just like Holland. ETH and 95% of the squad have to go, keep the u18 kids with Mainoo, Hojland and Garnacho, get rid of the rest. Play them next year, at least they know how to win, even if we finish 17th with kids, its better than 8th with all the money we have pumped into this squad. I wanted to give ETH another year given all the upheaval at the top and the incompetence of Woodward, but he just isn't good enough for United.

The fact that players keep losing the ball, not running and trying to stop plays and nobody is yelling at them including the coach tells a lot. They know whether win or lose they will get paid and they are on huge money and can’t be shipped off easily. Ten hag stubbornness to keep playing players who don’t try and play well will keep him longer .

I'm a manager at my job. If my team underperformed like this I would be sacked today. It would be up to my replacement to sort out replacements for staff.

Not really shocked and the worst part about it , been through so much with this club this season I am not that upset either… I still question ETH tactics till this day, even with injured players I think it’s tactics are poor

I think that the biggest issue over the last 10 years has been below-par managers. Moyes, van Gaal, Mourinho, Solskjaer, Rangnick, ten Hag were all below-par. Better managers would have done much better despite the imperfect players and ownership.
