A lot of players come into the league with the hype...Jordan is the only player in my 35 years of watching hoops that lapped the hype over and over...every night you saw something amazing

I think he was not hyped that much because it was a big man game back then, if he was hyped that much he would be a first draft pick.

So this is the villain origin story of Isiah Thomas? Lol Is this why they froze MJ out of the All Star game? They tried make it seem like he wasn't deserving, but he was whooping them before he stepped foot in the NBA. They obviously didnt like it.

keep in mind other than height those numbers are better than Lebron, Jordan was faster, quicker and yes wait for it....stronger than Lebron check the numbers for yourselves. :)

Great reaction! In one of those Games, after the NBA Players said they had enough...they said they weren't going to play unless the fouls were not pushing them out of the Game so they could get Unlimited FOULS (lasted ONLY 1 Game because the people and Announcers were very disappointed in the way that the NBA Players were fouling the college players). There is some footage of this game and if U see it, U will know why MJ had something against a particular Individual who later became a coach in the NBA but I don't think he ever explained to his teams why Michael Jordan played the way he did against them. (MJ never forgot) 😂😂😎👍

Lebron doesn’t have a competitive bone in his body he wants everyone that is good on his team and rather play some weaklings

Hey glad you did this one. So to answer your question about why Bird wasn't on that one roster is that since it was 8 games over a whole summer -- not all of the all stars were willing to commit to all 8 games over their whole summer -- some of them rotated out of some of the games since for them they were just an exhibition games as a "favor" for team USA and especially once they started getting humiliated? They didn't all want to play all summer because it didn't end up being what they thought it would be LOL. They thought they would just bully and smack them around -- they thought it would be easy and it wasn't. But I think it's just the fact that team USA went undefeated. Great reaction.

Alvin Robertson, the shortest player in NBA history to get a quadruple-double, was a pretty solid player for a few years, so was Vern Fleming, and Chuck Person. Wayman Tisdale was a good starting forward for the Pacers/Kings.

Bird was on a different game. They played 8 total games that summer, some of the NBA stars didn't play every game. Also, this just proves that Jordan, if given a decent team to play with, would dominate against just about anybody.
