Normski Beat I hope I was clear, but you never know. FYI I did speak with the little cretin’s mother regarding the bullying, she was a vacuous twit. Luckily he went off to a different school and my son didn’t have to interface with him after that school year was over.

My son's best friends can be a bully. My son often shrugs it off, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little happy to find out he moved to another town. They can still hang out sometimes, and they can chat on the phone or through Skype (once we get that set up. This just happened three other day) but not having to deal with him at school is a plus, in my books. Especially since my son declared his goal of pushing himself to get straight A's this year. He also has other friends so he was sad, but not devistated. I was bullied throughout school and when I did finally find a friend group, my best friend bullied me the same way my son was being bullied, except way worse. It actually bothers me that people call them "bullies" we should call it as it: harassment.

Love your thrifting with Sue, she is so much fun. You both always find something awesome. ❤

Have a fun trip!!! I’m so sorry Ashton is having trouble in school. It breaks a Mom’s heart when that happens. Things do get better. Encourage him to make friends with kids who are kind and look out for each other. Once he finds his “people” to hang with it will be easier. Pretty much every child deals with being bullied, some more extreme than others but it’s just about every child. I’m not excusing that behavior it’s deplorable. Boys are especially mean to each other. Well... I guess girls can be pretty bad too. It’s just different. I have one of each and they are both adults now moving off to college. I’m happy we are through that stage in life. Although, I miss all the good stuff about having little ones and there is so much good stuff:) I had one very popular child and another one who didn’t want anything to do with the popular crowd. I saw both my kids go through some rough social times. But we made it through and each kid now has a really great social circle. Hang in there to all the mamas reading this💜

The Red Solo cup glues onto glass candlestick is a Hillbilly wine glass. I made 12 of them one time for a Southern party! Its a Southern thing!

Tell Sue that the colour block design on the glass is after the style of Piet Mondriani in the 1920s.

Yes! As a Dutch person it surprised me that they didn't recognise it as Mondriaan right away. I looked up the glass and it seems to be for sale at online webshops still, so I don't think the glass itself is old. They ask around 20 dollars for it.

My daughter and I are going thrifting today! Haven't been able to go in a while. Excited to see what I find today. Not to mention my daughter likes it!!😊

This is the first time I've ever come early to a yard sale. They are NOT taking early birds so I'm sitting here watching Jocelyn and Sue while I wait. So far it's a great morning. :)

I recently found 2 small Nippon sugar bowls/jam/mustard pots (2 1/2" tall) with lids that were part of a condiment set from the early time period of 1890-1921. Art Deco in style. The set has salt and pepper shakers, toothpick holder, tray and bowl with spoon and lid.. Soo I'm guessing the small creamer might be part of a similar set from that time period. The Ed Hardy scarf was KiLlEr! Nice score!

I saw books in the background on a shelf and I got really excited. One of the biggest reasons why I like your videos is because you film the shelves like we are going shopping with you. And if I could watch with you as you scanned books I would have something to curb my book thrifting urge when I can’t make it to the stores.

The candle holders are from Dollar Tree. I glued some to pint canning jars for iced tea. Just whimsy. 😁 The single wine goblet you said was something but not sure what is from Germany. It is a wine glass.

I couldn't stop chuckling when you found the Red Solo Cup goblet. A company actually started making them after Toby Keith's song, Red Solo Cup.

I've seen those fancy solo cups all the time, and they make me giggle every time.

I've seen the red solo goblets before at my local thrifts. I think they are actually being produced and sold. Although, a local artisan was making them out of clay, painting them, and selling.

I like the highball glass it looks like it was inspired by a Piet Mondrian painting. with the yellow, red and blue color blocking

in Phoenix, AZ, in Goodwill there are never bins to look thru and find goodies. They NEVER put out things like what you find, I live in a desert. In more ways than one!!! Good show !!

The things you got for Juliette have num noms, lol dolls, and shopkin dolls, along with the Shopkins. I have a 5 and 8 yr old, they love that stuff. They use the num noms as Barbie hats.
