Had someone at the weekend ask why Bungie has never added the option to have pre-built loadouts you can quickly switch between when we asked why they were taking so long at each encounter. We pointed out that they do and it's to the left of the build screen. Prolonged silence and then they just left. 😂

Nothing beats the guy saying “I’ll be right back, gotta eat dinner,” then the whole fireteam gives them 20-30 minutes out of courtesy and the same person leaves after we wipe a few times afterwards (usually through fault of their own).

I remember I had a guildmate go be right back and come back after 30 minutes and he said he walked to chick fil a, got food and came back.

I felt very called out until I watched the video and realised it was about actually changing up builds and not having 3 loadout that you switch between during encounters.

I remember one time we had a person say "I'll be right back". We wait like 20 minutes and he just leaves without saying anything. Like bruh if you were just gonna leave then say that we could've found a new person by now

These videos hurt to watch. The trauma runs deep.

Thats why i have a raid boss loadout for all 3 classes specifically for dps, its good to not be that guy

My build is built on hopes, prayers, and karnstein armlets.

I spend most of my time on destiny doing Sherpa runs. If someone asks too many questions about loadouts, you just gotta tell them to put on the build that’s the most fun to them and don’t swap. Normal mode raids are stupid easy and don’t require any ultimate build lol. Honestly can work around most boss fight without a Well even.

I hear that. Sherpa'd quite a few raids too and I typically just tell noobs to put in whatever is comfortable to them. Unless they need something specific and even then I try to keep requirements as general as possible. Worst case scenario, I would swap builds to compensate for whatever the team lacked.

Bro, during Crota's End World's First, they told me to get Lightfall aka Strand, just for the first encounter! 💀 Sometimes I think the choice of going Strand is just for that niche convenience in clearing an encounter! But I know for a fact that you can clear a raid with any class! After my experience with those LFGers, my conclusion is pretty much believe Strand users have skill issues!🤣 I happily, don't own Lightfall, cap. 🥲
