Man I might setup another one of these. 9.1 eggs are fun but I love that shape. The only thing that’s hard to go back to is having an asymmetrical board again. I’m pretty hooked on having no dedicated nose/tail

hell yeah, this 90s shape is one of my favorites; Polar Skate Co. has a similar shape (the P9, I think?) that I skated a bunch of. I might have to try a legit egg board soon. I went through a symmetrical nose/tail phase with some Real & Krooked boards, super fun!!

@@dadthighs yeahh 😅 But i really like filming (and editing) like sometimes i just go to the skatepark and then i dont really feel like skating and i just film the locals and make a nice edit to show them next time i see them. Before i skated id always create little movies with friends so yeah i think its worth it

not quite symmetrical. the nose is 7" and the tail is 6 3/4", while the width around the front truck is 8.5 and the width around the back truck is 8.38.

I've been skating OJ wheels for a while now, I like the keyframe elites for the chunkier wheel shape. as for size, I usually go for 58mm or 60mm.

the pop sounds like you need some new pivot cups haha

I feel like skating before the work means job is rather physical. Like often happens with me, I was looking mellow kicks because of that. But 14” wb on 8.5 must have more leverage and easier to pop I guess.
