@@Itsallgrady I just thought of something else that might help you with your hog harvest. There’s videos from “The Bearded Butchers” that might help you even more with the processing of your harvest. Their pointers really helped me with processing a deer, unfortunately I didn’t harvest a deer last year. Hopefully this year will be better than last year.
That's the reason my grandfather would always wait till Fall that way cool days and cold nights

A quick fix is a bottle of Slime (for tire fixes). It’s green, and is sold at Wal-Mart in the automotive department. Get a couple of bottles to have on hand. We automotive technicians hate it because it’s messy, but it works. I can personally guarantee it that it works. If you want to catch big catfish, use chicken livers on treble hooks. Be careful with bluegills, they are very bony. My younger brother had a bone get stuck in his throat, and my dad had to fish it out with a pair of needle nose pliers.

For inner tubes, they have inner tube repair kits. They’re the exact same ones that you can use for bicycle tires.

winch setup is great, i use mini marshmellows or whole kernel corn for the pan fry bluegill. a good mess of them fry up whole without head and guts ofcourse,lol, makes a good meal.

We have so many more advantages now days . When I was a kid in the 50's , meat processing was done in the fall once there was a little chill in the air. They had to use mother nature to their advantage back then.

They sell a little device to trick your AC unit into being a refrigerator. I have seen videos on this, can’t remember where but it works, my neighbor did it. He was able to hang his hogs for two weeks without worry.

Your math is a little off. Two tonnes would be 4400 lbs. or 2000 kilograms, 2000 lbs would be less than 1 tonne.

If you are going to talk about murdering animals. I will stop watching your channel. Animals have souls. You are not harvesting, or processing or sending them to freezer camp. You are murdering them. If you want your channel to grow, you need to cut all of this vocabulary out of your videos!!!
