I know people hate on the eternals, but this would be a fun battle scene to watch

Thanos is smart enough to take them out 1 by 1. It has been proven many times in the comics that thanos crushes the eternals with ease, without the gauntlet. In the mcu, they probably have a chance but let’s not act like thanos would get dog walked by the eternals. That’s just absurd.

I believe that either way Thanos wins. He is not one who walks into monumental confrontations without properly sizing up his opposition. Many underestimate Thanos for this. Not only is he a superior fighter but he is also a superior strategist.

What if is completely different to mcu that thanos was arrogant, the thanos in mcu is more calculated and careful but i still think eternals win sersi gets turned invisuble touches thanos and he is dust

Thanos was dominated on Titan because of the cytorak band that Dr Strange used, it physically weakens the opponent (looking frame by frame you can see that an aura is born around thanos and out of nowhere he starts to lose strength), thanos reacts the light and captain Marvel, so he could deal with makkari, ajak, sersi, sprite, Kingo, without problems, fastos would hardly be able to hold thanos, thena could even damage thanos, but he already dealt with iron man who had almost the same power , Gilgamesh and a weaker Hulk, ikaris would be no problem

Captain marvels travel speeds are light speed but her combat is absolutely not Her whole thing is photons which in a vacuum are light speed But outside of a vacuum they are no where near as fast in fact lightning Is even faster which puts her at massively hyper sonic speeds not light speed she’s no where near that fast in a fight on land Thanos is massively hyper sonic at best Makkara and Ikaris are both much faster than massively hyper sonic easily putting them as the tow fastest characters in the mcu

@@Respect12948 photons are massless particles so they travel at lightspeed. Iron Man's repulsors are described to be light beams and thanos reacted to them. They even show properties of light (reflecting off of surfaces)

Thanos is not that fast, if he were Spiderman whos is slow compared to light would never be able to get those hits in the way he did.

I wished the eternals got to show their true power in the movie. Then it would’ve been more believable that they’re as tough as the avengers. Other than that, this was a fun battle video and I think the eternals could beat thanos but with a LOT of difficulty.

I agree that I'm with the eternals on this one, but I'm looking at it more through their potential. It's clear that the current power's of the eternals are a bit underwhelming at times and are meant to be powered up, which I hope will be shown in the future.

Eternals looked like they were struggling against the deviants, so physically, they wouldn't beat Thanos. Druig apparently couldn't mind control the deviants or the other eternals, so he's not controlling Thanos, since he's an eternal. Sersi might be able to affect the gauntlet, but the others don't have a shot. Doctor strange used illusions, so sprites wouldn't do any better. It would be a fight without the gauntlet, but not with it.

That meant only Dr Fate Hawkman Atom Smasher and Cyclone from the Black Adam movie. Not including black adam because he is not an official member of the team. Let me ask you something. Do you the lineup I just named will beat thanos for Infinity War and from Endgame? One version with the Infinity gauntlet and the stones. The other version with not only the sword from Endgame and with the Black Order and the army from Endgame as well? What do u think? I'm genuinely curious.

ikaris may even be at the level of captain marvel, but Captain Marvel At His Maximum Power he doesn't even come close!, when she holds Thanos' HAND she absorbs the energy of the INFINITY STONES, so she becomes increasingly powerful and strong , even so, Thanos takes the STONE Of POWER and punches it that makes it fly away!.

I really rate this as so many people discount the Eternals because they weren't keen on the film. Ikaris and Gilgamesh are absolute tanks on their own so having all 10 right Thanos would be a fantastic battle. I also think their powers would be much better suited to fighting a foe like Thanos as opposed to the Avengers because of their amazing speed and the fact all of them are basically moon to star level power (Ikaris to Captain Marvel). At the end of IW, Thors’s storm breaker was able to chop through the full force of all 6 infinity stones. You can’t tell me that that Thor could not have beaten Thanos without the stones. Hell, even Captain America single handedly gave him a run for his money with Miolnir.

What's the basis for the judgement that Captain Marvel couldn't do it? She wasn't in the room when they were trying to decide who would use Tony's gauntlet.

I find it insane that thanos with the gauntlet actually got touched by most of the avengers and was even made ri bleed from iron man but then in endgame, thanos without the gauntlet fought better than his gauntlet wearing self, as the only person who really got some good hits in was worthy cap

Thanos in infinity war really didn't wanna fight...if anything it was a waste of his time...he just wanted to finish his quest.. that's why he didn't waste any time with the heros in wakanda ...but thanos in endgame was Furious about the fact that he won and they literally turned back time so he could lose... He wanted more than his quest...he wanted them all gone...it was personal....as opposed to Infinity war thanos who even had respect for the heros and their efforts in standing for what they believe

That's when his true warrior traits come out... remember how he got the first infinity stone in his possession? He "Decimated Xander"... At that point he had no stones...so definitely he's pretty dangerous...but an angry thanos without stones is even worse...if he had had the stones while being that angry no avenger would stand a chance...cuz endgame thanos just wasn't having it

You misunderstand sersi and her powers as stated int he film, she cannot transfigure “ sentient” life which means animals including humans. A tree is alive but it is not sentient so she can transfigure live things but not sentient things you have to learn the difference.

Makkari could blitz him before he closes his fist,Ikaris could hold him down too. The Eternals would do better than the Avengers did.I'd say they could beat him with mid or high diff.

@@Respect12948 idk man I feel like people are over hyping them, even though the avengers didn't have speed due to quick silver passing they had the top 5 brightest minds of all time in Bruce and tony stark. I dont think fighting thanos head on with no plan will work.

I believe that the Eternals would win. Now I understand that in the MCU, the Avengers were giving him the business, but we all need to realize that the power that Thanos has was watered down a considerable amount in the movies, in comparison to the comics. Again, I'm fully aware that this video is about the MCU versions of these characters, but I'm simply trying to paint a picture in my head. In the comics, he was so powerful that he flicked Captain America and snapped his neck, flicked the Thing and knocked him out cold, Punched a hole through War Machine killing him instantly, punched a hole though Starlord and knocked back Hulk with a single punch. The Eternals were also watered down in the MCU too. In the comics, Gilgamesh stalemated Thor in strength, Ikaris beat Silver Surfer and Apocalypse in 1 on 1 fights, and Sersi has strength slightly less than Gilgamesh. The Avengers were made OP in the MCU, with the exceptions of Thor, Hulk and Dr. Strange, who were all watered down by a big amount. If we're gonna use the MCU versions of these characters, then I will say the Eternals would win. Think about it, If Iron Man (a normal human man in a suit) can hold his own against Thanos, than I'm pretty sure Ikaris can at least hold his own too. They have cosmic energy running through their veins, so that tells me that they're at least strong enough to control that type of energy. In all honesty, I think this is an unfair matchup, because the Eternals only appeared in one movie, so we don't really know their ultimate maximum potential, as opposed to Thanos, whose been in the MCU for a while, so we have a pretty fair estimation of his power.

You gotta remember tho infinity war thanos wasn’t out here just tryna to kill the avengers. Look at the battle In wakanda he was honestly just tryna get what he wanted. Whoever got in his way he just took them out of the equation. He only rly killed vision. I think it’s safe to say if the eternals would’ve fought thanks alone in wakanda while he had all the stones he’s beating the fuck out of them. Especially if he had the endgame thanos mentality. The way he was moving with those stones like no one opposed him was crazy. On top of that I’m pretty sure he could’ve just made all of them puppets or something like he did to the guardians with the reality stone. Remember they are celestial robots and if you wanna talk cosmic the stones are literally at the top of all that is cosmic. If he really wanted to kill the eternal in wakanda before snapping he would’ve done it with ease. At least in my opinion

You’re right about him moving like nobody opposed him, but at the same time, Tony was able to hold his own for a few minutes when he had 4 stones in the gauntlet. Realistically speaking, one stone should be more than enough to destroy a planet, so if he had 4 of them, he should’ve easily killed Tony with a single blast. I just think that If Tony stark can fight him while he had 4 stones, then some of the Eternals can too. That’s all I’m saying

@@BigReek99 gotta remember tho he wasn’t tryna use lethal force against any of them. With tony it was a bit more personal because of the first avengers and what he did to his army. Other than that he even decided to spare his life. That’s why I bring up the point that if thanos in infinity war had the endgame thanos mentality he honestly wouldn’t have lost any fight. To any team. I don’t see the avengers or eternals or Illuminati or anyone beating that thanos. He would’ve had bloodlust and all the stone, combined with his knowledge and skills I don’t think anyone’s beating him

Here's the thing that kinda gets glossed over in the MCU: Thanos is a Deviant, and it is the function of the Eternals to eliminate Deviants. Ipso facto, eat shit scrotie chin. I'm honestly kind of surprised no one threw his ugly mug into space. He can't fly, especially without the gauntlet. Also I think he only beat Hulk because Hulk's just a brawler, he is short on technique. Thor he beat because he got blindsided, and later wasn't in the best shape. Don't go memory holing the "fight" on Sanctuary. Carol and Thor utterly dominated Thanos. Wah wah he was weakened sod off. These movies had to tie themselves into knots to make all of the fights work.
