Am I the only one that would LOVE jade to cook for them! I feel like she makes some bomb ass food and I need to try her cooking! Lol

I loved watching this! And this year my husband and I both feel like we experiences our first real, family Thanksgiving. We spent it with family that loves us and our son and for once there was no fighting, no stress, just pure joy all day long. We chose the right household to share the day with for sure. I hope everyone else got to experience that, too.

As an elder Millennial as you often say, 🤗 I concur with your memory of Thanksgiving break. We got out early on Wednesday and came back Monday. I moved my Scully skeleton to the couch this morning and put a sequined Santa hat on her and thought of you and Mr. Skeleton 🤗🎄

My daughter is 10 months and dances to anything, so every time Jade makes a little song she dances and it’s so cute

When you said “it’s too late now” my head also immediately went to “ 🎶 it’s too late baby, now it’s too late..” hahahaha! Happy Thanksgiving Jade!

I love that the U.S. loves to celebrate various dates feels like this: 💗 ^_^ 🥰 I miss enjoying my birthday and Christmas but also Halloween aka All Hallows’ Eve *I’ve never gotten to due to being in Oz aka Aus. Which has always made me saddened when it comes round!* X

My kids only have Thursday and Friday off. I did pickup groceries. Been exhausted 😴 lately

When you came out of Sprouts and said you’d found something that you HAD to try right away before you got home, I thought you were about to break out the Daiya cheesecake and tuck right into it. 🤣 I was kinda disappointed when you brought out the cookies. 😂

THEY GET A WEEK we get mon tue wed full days and Thanksgiving and Friday and we go back on mon

For my Thanksgiving dinner I picked out a “ Banquet” turkey pot pie from the grocery store. I had to work on Thanksgiving so I needed something quick that I could fix after work. I’m sure most people would cringe at the idea, but I love pot pies. Yum! Hope you and family had a good holiday! 🖤

I for sure remember as a kid remember not having the whole week off! I’m a teacher now however and we still work the Monday and Tuesday, because of parent teacher conference. Hope you had a great thanksgiving!!

Went to the store day before thanksgiving for lasagna supplies… told my PTSD husband after 3 minutes just to go wait in the truck. As someone who has social anxiety, I found most people very kind but surprised when I said excuse me sorry and thank you. My husband then bought 150 dollars in liquor, because I left him outside 😂 happy adult holidays!

The district I work for has the week off because we didn’t have Veterans Day and the teachers have conferences at night in the weeks beforehand. Still 180 days, they’re just allocated differently. Week off for me, hellllllll yes! 🙌🏼

Hey ghoul hey! This year Freddy cooked up his famous lasagna to take to his mom's house yesterday. Turkey and then lasagna! Lol.. Speaking of Phlegmy the flamingos... Happy thanksgiving to you and your family!!! I made some new things this year that made me nervous, but they turned out pretty well. Instead of cranberry sauce I made a jello salad with cranberries. I also made pumpkin soup and a roasted garlic gravy. It was exciting trying new recipes and making a holiday meal that was mostly vegan friendly so I didn’t have to make two of everything.

My kids get full week for Thanksgiving and then 2 weeks for Christmas/new year. used to get a full week in Feb for presidents week but now they do the days of the president birthday instead. And then a week for spring break. All the other holidays same as always.

I don’t ever remember getting a full week of off school but it’s also been 20 yrs since I’ve been in school so my memory might be fading some..Ha!! I would say my favorite side dish is deviled eggs. My mom can make the best deviled eggs. It hard for me to stop eating them once I start.

Our plans with family didn't work out this year so my husband and I just went to Six Flags Magic Mountain and tried to eat our way through the holiday food at the park and then ended up at Denny's for dinner. They only had turkey breast as an option for their "Thanksgiving" meal and we're out of cranberries. My husband really wanted cranberries and I only like dark meat so I got a pot roast bowl (all the meat, veggies, and gravy on top of mash potatoes and he got the Nashville hot chicken melt sandwich. I usually prefer ham to turkey. But I'm perfectly fine without the meat dish too. Love love love mashed potatoes as my favorite side dish.

So glad you posted today! A sinus infection ruined my Palm Springs plans, so now I'm just at home with the dogs which I'm sure they're happy about lol. I love the Partake brand cookies, they're vegan and gluten free as well-curious how the Daiya pumpkin cheesecake was, however I'm typically not a huge fan of Daiya compared to VioLife or Field Roast. And yes, I do not recall a full week off K-12! Happy Thanksgiving! 🤎

I really appreciate your grocery shopping/spooky kitchen videos because earlier this month I found out that I have to go gluten free, so it's really helpful! I have a minor milk allergy so I definitely turn into phlegmy the flamingo too 😂🦩being plant based and going gluten free luckily hasn't been super hard (except ordering food and eating out).

All I need, food-wise, on Thanksgiving is stuffing, mashed potatoes (with or without gravy) and pumpkin pie. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hope you had a good holiday! My partner and I celebrated with his brother and cousin. We made a tasty seitan roast, garlicky mashed potatoes with mushroom gravy, salad with roasted chickpeas and tahini dressing, and a vegan pumpkin pie with coconut whipped cream.

My husband and I fight over rolls and spinach dip every year 😂😂

i used to have school monday and tuesday in elementary and middle school but they started giving us the whole week in high school-- delicious. but NOW i'm a senior in college and good ol' nyu has decided we now only get thursday and friday off...... i was lucky with my schedule this year and only had 2 classes tuesday that i could zoom into but other people were literally flying home at 4 am thursday lmao EVIL love the carbs though, big cornbread dressing (aka stuffing but in texas if we don't stuff the turkey it's called dressing) and mac & cheese fan
