I love so so much that you’re getting books! You get tired of reading the same ones over and over and as your gremlin grows he may or may not be interested in the same ones. I’m so so happy you’re building a library. And the homemade blankets/items WOW ❤❤❤

My Mamaw made me a Halloween quilt when I was 10, I still have it and it’s become one of my most cherished items. Love watching all the spooky baby goodies. 🖤🖤

Hey ghoul hey! Ugh, that lower back pain is the worst but you are not skipping a beat on the Glam Ghoul,. Such lovely, thoughtful gifts! The handmade is top notch, it's so great when people get your style and will not have any problems working things into your decor and home. So excited to see how you decorate baby ghoulie's room!

A note on the bowl kooze you put your bowl with soup in the kooze all in the microwave. So it's already surrounding the bowl as you take it out. The kooze doesn't get hot I'm sure you know this but It took me a while to figure that one out lol!!

I assume you already know about Stellaluna cute story about a baby bat raised by birds. Fiona the Fruit Bat.There's another picture book called Super Bat a bat who wants to be a hero. Another book Amara and the Bats about a little girl who wants to save the neighborhood bats. When the little gremlin is older and read alone they have a series of chapter books called Megabat.

Yesss we need a baby book club! I had my little spooky boy 3 months ago. Totally stealing all the ideas for spooky books and ordering them! I got him a bunch of Halloween clothes in all sizes on clearance. Husband thinks I'm extra.

Spooky book recommendation: The little ghost that was a quilt. Kinda like a rainbow fish but spooky plus the art is amazing

The fabric with the bumps is bobble minky. I've been making creature plushies and I think that one will be good for certain crabs when I get to them. Also, do you yet have "Where the Wild Things Are" and "Outside Over There"? They're both by Maurice Sendak. The first is, of course, very famous, but the second has a story that weirdly reminded me of a simpler version of Labyrinth and I've wondered whether the book helped inspire the movie. From experience I can tell you those are good bibs... the arm loops are a great idea because the lil punks work the bibs in circles otherwise.

Loved Shirley’s card. And all the books! Spooky library is soooo cool. I use silk pillows but those cobweb ones are amazing ! Love them! Diaper cake! Must be a US thing as never heard of them. But sooo beautiful. Shame name isn’t a bit more appealing lol 😂

Sandra Boynton cardboard books are my favorite. "Boo, Baa, La La La" is a favorite.

Such sweet spooky family mail. When I was a Daycare teacher I would gather up all the Halloween books and read them all year round to the kids at the end of the day when we were waiting for their parents to pick them up 🎃

Though I feel as though I should tell you to enjoy your peace and take as many naps as you want now because once gremlin is born you won’t be getting much sleep. I speak from experience (my little sister didn’t stop screaming/crying until she was I believe 4 or 5 years old) I hope it isn’t that bad for you though.

Some spooky books my kids love all year round are: Frankie goes to school, Gus the friendly ghost, Halloween Hustle, Skeleton Hiccups, Hansel and Gretel (obvi a classic) and my all time favorite that I’ve had since I was a spooky little ghoul is a collection of kids spooky stories called “classic spooky stories” By Caroline repchuk, Claire Keen, and Geoff Cowan. I’ve had it since 1999 and I have never seen such a cool kids spooky book for smaller children. I’ve read it to my kids since they were babies and now they’re 6&7 and reading it to me 😊
