Glad to see you back out during the Thanksgiving holiday! Coins sure come in funny colors after being exposed to the elements for a while.

Not too bad at the beach for this time of year. I never find nickels at the beach always pull tabs 😅. But gotta dig them could be a gold ring or something else. Good luck out there!

I've always wanted to get out and do it. I live on porpoise point in st Augustine so I'm basically surrounded by beach. I always catch myself in conversation with the awesome people around here that do. And no matter what people say. Thank you for being awesome enough to dig even when you believe it's nothing but trash and then taking it with you when it is. I truly hope you get a bifold diamond ring one at for the effort. As I had had a friend loose one over here years back. Or a big fat gold chain like the one my friend lost down on crescent beach one night. I actually met an older gentleman one day and he was telling me about his collection he has kept of the items he's found over the years. From very old coins to a big gold chain that was appraised for a few grand and always wondered if it was my friends as I wasn't thinking about it when he was telling me and he was hunting around the area at that time. I always hoped to see him again but have as it's not hisl normal area to go. Anyhow just wanted to say I've truly go serious respect for all you do

Hey Jay. Did an early hunt this morning at Jax. Beach. Broke my scoop handle. Might fix it and try again this afternoon if the weather holds.

Hi River Bully! Thanks for watching. Woah! How deep was you target that it broke your handle? 😲 I have to swap out my scoop handles every two to three years. Mostly because the screw rusts when I use it for shark tooth sifting. I had a rusty screw break off in the handle so I had to drill it out. Talk about a pain in the butt. Lol I hope that you got back out to swinging. GL&HH! Jay

The ad at the beginning of the video was a promotion for tiktok where the guy was a chef and made some lettuce wraps with BOILED bacon. And I almost unsubscribed because of the crime against bacon!

That's truly not ok! I makes me even more squeemish than seeing my mother-in-law microwaving bacon in the morning!

@@denisepeterson2082 FWIW, in college, we would microwave bacon between 2 paper towels and it came out brown and crispy.
