may i ask, is this a religious song? what is the purpose of composing this song? is this song really considered as Religious and can be sung in church?

Mat, I remember being amazed by you as a sparkly eyed three year old who knew all the words to "I am a Child of God" and could sing it with perfect pitch. I was the Primary chorister at the time and first heard you in Nursery. Now...what...over 40 years later, my husband found you on KZread. What a fun blessing! Your talent is rare, your voice absolutely beautiful and it is sweet to see that passing on to the next generation through your daughter! Thank you both for taking your precious time and resources to share your gifts with us!

Dad, when you look at your daughter, the love and thankfulness you have for her shows so much in your eyes. It just brings tears to my eyes . You show when you're singing how proud of her you are. Its just beautiful.

My husband passed away a month ago and I haven’t been able to listen to any slow songs. Our kids are suffering badly and it’s so painful to see them like this. I decided to listen to this and it brought me comfort. Thank you so much for all that you both do. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Keeping you in my prayers Kelly🙏I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my first husband many years ago and one of the things that helped the kids was just talking about him and sharing memories and funny stories and singing the songs he loved. We still do even now after 27 years and even now when they are grown up. It helps keep our loved one close. Please Take care of yourself.

This has always been my most favorite song around thanksgiving and I am SOOO HAPPY they sang it so I have another video to play on repeat over the holidays

People actually get paid to spend all day creating or spewing their evilness on purpose to divide our country , and most are from other countries the slang reference to these people is called a " troll" or "bot" ....if that make it more understandable to you. It makes me sick.

What a wonderful example of Gods Gifts being passed down from father to daughter..😘

Dont let You Tube comments chase you away. . .if you order their album or even individual songs, then please leave a comment in the appropriate App Store. . .I found them early when they sang ‘The Prayer’ to cheer up an otherwise glum time in the world. Funny to say I found them, they only live a few miles away. . . Leaving a comment could convince others who have never seen them on You Tube.

I first heard Savannah and May on Good Friday 2020, at the end of a Service on U tube. I thought you were ending the service singing The Prayer. I actually thought it was young girl and her older brother. Next morning

We needed you to sing this song for us. With the world divided because of the election the pandemic and so much more sometimes we have to remember what brings us together. We also have to reach out to our family let them know we are thinking of them. The one's that live alone like I do if they don't feel like they're cared about they can get very depressed. That has a huge impact on their health. Luckily my kids live close since the pandemic I can't be around them since I'm immunosuppressed. Despite everything that’s happened personally in the last year, including my mom, sister, and mother in law dying, and my husband having to have surgery to remove a brain tumor, there really is something to be thankful for.
