Meet Shyamal Modi. An aspiring investment banker who got exported to the real estate world on the instructions of his father.

    Thane lacks a well networked connectivity. The Metro is as good as at a standstill since the last few years & the traffic is a mess coz of the unfinished pillars / metro work. Roads have potholes & the traffic is badly managed. The only residential place thats well planned & which looks good is the Hiranandani Estate. Its a complete oasis with every amenity inside the complex

    Good to know more about Thane. There is traffic issue because of heavy trucks pass through city to go to Pune/Nashik and no alternative way like LBS... It takes 2-2.5 hours a side to reach GB Road resident to reach Dadar/Lower Parel/Andheri

    After detailed research, please make video on Rs 5000 crore Dharavi redevelopment project. When it’s completion succeeds, in next 10-15 yrs, then will property prices of areas like Andheri Chandivali Powai appreciate? Some experts say 40-50 % from current levels by 2030-35 . Do you agree?

    Raunak city in Kalyan is very far but they have increased the property rate of that area per sqft is 10k or more.

    Overall Mumbai region has extremely poor infrastructure, extremely expensive housing, poor law & order situation, no safety and corrupt officials. Compare Mumbai to Tokyo, Singapore or Taipai Taiwan. Mumbai have nothing compared to these cities except high prices.
