Beautiful work on these models, Paul. I am fond of the petrol pumps. I have four of them but no signs I am making signs out of aluminum tubing, steel washers for the base and aluminum plate for the ovals. I have one made but not painted. Three more to go, then paint.

Eine brilliante Arbeit mit dem Jennings-Viehtransporter und der Esso-Tankstelle. Ein meisterliches Ergebnis was sehr gut geeignet ist als Weihnachtsgeschenk für einen Sammler. Sieht einfach top aus. Another great restoration! Have you ever tried putting the clear coat on “after” you put the decals on? Just curious if you think that would help protect the decals better?

I have shown it in many videos that after applying the decals, I cover them with a clear varnish, which certainly strengthens the decals. you just have to take into account that after such a procedure, replacing these decals is not impossible. Dinky a produit une version plus petite de ses modèles au début des années 1960 et l'a appelée Dublo. ils ont été fabriqués en Angleterre. ça n'a rien à voir avec la Corée. Cordialement
