❤️Hello friends, Saoji cuisine is a popular cuisine from the state of Maharashtra. Saoji mutton is the most popular dish. Saoji cuisine uses lot of spices, more than 30, some say. Saoji cuisine is generally very spicy and only people with a strong stomach should go for it.
However Saoji mutton and other dishes can also be prepared by using milder spices. But the actual taste can be enjoyed when it is prepared the way it should be.
Saoji cuisine is found in abundance in the city of Nagpur in Maharashtra and other places in the Vidharbha region.
In Mumbai there is only one restaurant that serves authentic Saoji cuisine and goes by the name Minks The Saoji Treat.
They have limited dishes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, but the taste and quality is awesome. Run by a Parsee couple it is really great in taste. People from far off places come here to enjoy authentic Saoji food.
