If you have ever been to Ipoh for Thaipusam; you'd always want to celebrate it there. Ipoh has Kavadi's like no other. They are not restricted to space, length and height (realistically speaking). Ipoh also allows Urumi teams to follow along from the start to the end. The crowd in Ipoh is a mammoth. It is however contained as its spread around the main temples as well as along the whole city where the path of the Kavadi goes. This gives ample of space for anyone to breathe.
