This is an interesting interview. I am elderly and have a hard time comprehending what people say. With that being said I understood her perfectly and did not need to rely on closed caption to understand the conversation. She should be a regular or have her own channel.

She broke my heart when she said she cut it off ,not gonna lie ,she is still a beautiful woman and i wish her a wonderful life !

I could very easily give Alexandra a place in my life and my heart forever!

She was talking about butt implant surgery, not back alley silicone injections. They are completely different thing. Implants can be removed , injections not. I had my butt implants done in Mexico 15 years ago, and then they started to collect fluid around them, so had to be removed. Would have been nice to hear who was this beautiful ladies SRS surgeon.

Have you made it to Greece yet? I'm learning to like transgender... Very difficult to change, after life of nothing but straight. Slowly. Slowly... Like the change of thinking... You made it easier to understand. Here, as Native American, Minnesota Ojibwe, there is very high respect for 2 spirits, many become leaders. So my walls are deconstructing.

The question is, why does she have scars after the operation? My wife had two Caesarian sections and not a scar to show for. I myself had a hernia operation and no scar to see; one need a magnifying glass, to see a very thin silver line.

The downstairs surgery has had a lot of names over time. In the old says when dinosaurs walked the earth in the 1970's it was called Sexual Reassignment Surgery. SRS. The oldsters who got this surgery then (and sometimes still do) call themselves Transsexuals. The reality is of course is that this is not actually changing your genetic sex or hormonal sex with a knife. Then they smartened up and called it Gender Reassignment Surgery (GRS) to avoid that problem. Of course, that doesn't really make sense since most trans women here on this channel will tell you they always felt like a woman. Their gender wasn't being reassigned, at all. So, to avoid that pitfall, they crossed that out and now it's called either Gender Confirmation Surgery (GCS) or Gender Affirmation Surgery (GAS) which is more like what it's actually doing. Aligning the body to match the mind, just like Alexandra says.

I know you don't talk to a lot of older trans women here on the channel but mindsets were quite a bit different in those days. I'd love if you could find some older trans girls to talk with about their journey to womanhood and how they see themselves, etc. That would be some original programming for sure. Very few of those actually exist, even in written form. Sure they're not as hot in a bikini but for a window into the shifting sands of human existence it's hard to beat. Consider it, won't you? Maybe some of these girls know an older trans woman who lives in a village now that once lived in Pattaya, etc.
